You know, I was looking at the Halloween drawing and comparing it to the new one when I had a horrifying realization.

In both images Roy seems uncomfortable with being in a proper costume, but has no issue "making" a generic (and non horror adjacent) costume in Tender Treats.

I tried to figure out why when I remembered that specific costumes, usually with some morbid/horror twist, are sometimes used in roleplay which coupled with Roy's trauma would explain his aversion to traditional Halloween costumes and for the holiday in general, which could be a great parallel between him and the spookies.

(Also the ghost on the right in this year's image is meant to represent Dexter, you can tell by the mis-matchd eyes)

It REALLY Pisses me off that Mammon himself didn't get to sing in the episode

The next time we see this glorious bastard, he'd better be singing or so help me. I would genuinely kill to hear Mike Cusack sing in Mam's voice.

I know that we have an upcoming Helluva Boss episode called ‘Sinsmas’, which based off the suffix ‘-mas’, might be a holiday episode 🎄❄️🎁. If that ends up being true, if we don’t either get an appearance or at the very least, a reference to Mammon, I’ll be so disappointed 😭, especially given how money/sales-focused the Holiday Season has become in recent decades. That, and the man could make for a scary-cool Christmas tree.

Sinsmas is conformed to be the season 2 finale and by my best estimate, won't come out until at least mid 2024.

I've seen the story boards leaked from this episode from around the end of 2022 and all I'm gonna say is that I highly doubt Mammon will appear, as cool as it would be.

On the bright side, there's a good chance we'll get at least one more episode this year, with The Full Moon in (likely) mid-December.

Why Mammon is objectively better

Mammon: Teleports in style, with sick explosions and confetti.

Asmodeus: Walks like the pea-brained cock he is.

Mammon: Very shaped and thus naturally adept at loafing.

Asmodeus: Neon cue tip looking headass, built like a drumstick without the drum, couldn't loaf for shit.

Mammon's full demon form: Kickass spider-tick-centipede-earwig hybrid while still keeping his awesome base design.

Asmodeus' full demon form: He just goes bigger and on fire.

Mammon: Confident and manages to have hoards of fans while being open about his many flaws.

Asmodeus: So insecure and lacking public good will that he had to hide his relationship for who knows how long and the dumbass couldn't even do that right.

Mammon: Thrives based on the sin he has dominion over, runs numerous industries that supply all of Hell with slews of products for every occasion.

Asmodeus: Doesn't even understand how his sin is supposed to work and his whole ring and all his businesses aren't good for shit unless you're feeling thirsty.

In case you couldn't tell, this is an Ass-modeus hate blog now. All hail Mammon!

Bold of you to assume I fear for Fizz or his safety, I'm a Mammon kinnie, I'll have you know.

It just occurred to me that Fizz may not be ABLE to quit. Allow me to explain.

In Oops, literally one episode ago, we learned that a business deal and/or contract made with a sin is, and I quote; "everlastingly binding". The context in which Stolas says this makes it clear that even the sin in question can't back out of the deal.

Given that Mammon almost certainly made Fizzarolli sign some sort of contract after, or even by winning the clown pageant for the first time, there's a good chance that even if Mammon wanted too, there would be no way for him and Fizz to get out of their business arrangement.

I haven't seen anyone else point this out but I think this is the exact reason Mammon seemed so sure he'd get the last laugh before making his exit.
