I've actually been meaning to get some more Golden Goose stuff out, but was fighting myself over whether to post something on it's own or officially start my GoldenGooseVerse.

So here's some stuff I can share without spoiling anything:

Stella frequently tries new hobbies and takes a particular liking to sculpting. Her first attempts were supposed to be small vases that she wanted to gift to people close to her. Even though they turned out somewhat lopsided, Mammon, Via, Andre, Camio and Furfur all kept them and use them as pen holders.

Via and Mammon's main form of bonding is playing guitar together. They workshop songs, talk about (and often bash) new songs they've heard recently, and just chat about their day, their interests and life in general. When they first started doing this, Octavia would sometimes have moments of "Wait, is this real life, right now?", because she wasn't used to having this form of positive experience with a paternal figure.

Before Mam and Stella officially started their relationship, Stella would often talk to her friends about her recent bonding with Mammon. Whilst Furfur was completely on board, Camio was slightly apprehensive about the whole situation, she wanted to be sure Stella's past traumas weren't making her see Mam through rose-tinted glasses. Because of this, she once asked Stella to invite Mammon to one of the friend group's meetings, Mam agreed and shortly afterwards befriended Camio and Furfur, as well.

Mammon takes more of an interest in improving Greed's Goetic social circles for 2 main reasons: 1) He wants to create an environment that would make it easier for Octavia to socialize with her peers and 2) He wants to give Stella some autonomy as a ruler and involves her in these reforms to ease her into it before officially making her the ultimate authority on any Goetic matter in the Greed ring, as well as it's Goetic representative.

There more on the way, it'll be more complex and take some time, but I promise it'll be good.

in your golden goose au, what does Stella think of the Morningstars?

I've yet to get around to seeing Hazbin in any real capacity, so I'm still not decided. But since they'll probably make Lilith a Stella clone, I might make them friends or at least include a scene where Stella and Lilith discuss their similar experiences.

I'm also trying to figure out what the other Sins would think of Mammon's relationship with Stella. Expect something on that in the relatively near future.

So,

I feel weird about Stolas x Blitzo. First of all, they are technically not childhood friends. They hung out for one day and did not see each for more than twenty years. Blitzo probably didn’t think about Stolas for years. Stolas was the one who remembered Blitzo despite not seeing him for years.

Think about that!

Imagine hanging out with someone for a day as a kid and still thinking about them for more than twenty years. Isn’t that a little weird? Also, Stolas technically doesn’t have to be with Blitzo now. He is a gay man who is single, rich and young(people in their 30s are still young) . Even if it doesn’t work out with Blitzo, he can easily date someone else. No one is stopping him.

You're preaching to the choir. Stolitz never clicked with me and I always saw it as messed up, but I didn't mind it's presence since the show made me think that it being messed up was going to be addressed.

The childhood friendship was retconned in to make it seem more palatable, but, ironically only made it worse.

Some ramblings about the Nightmare Time season 3 episode titles

Bottle Imps:

This isn't really a prediction, but if Charlotte isn't in this episode, I will find the Langs and rip their kidneys out with my bare hands.

The imps themselves will be CCRP's attempt at lab grown sniggles or even LiBs.

Frankenruth:

Richie will also be experimented on, he either won't survive and/or will become a part of Ruth in the process

Even if nothing in the episode even remotely suggests it, it will become common fanon that Lazlo and Hidgens are related.

Becky Barnes Climbed A Tree:

Witchwood shit, baby!

Someone (probably Tom) is either crushed by a log or ends up hanged from a tree.

We might see the Metzgers again.

Devil's Night:

Dare I say the devil in question is Tinky in disguise? I mean, he's the closest thing we've seen to a classical demon. Not to mention the whole "mischief" angle.

I honestly don't know whether it would be better for Grace to fuck shit up again, just get by unscathed or actually get killed off in at least one timeline.

I have the uneasy feeling that a side character introduced in this episode will be very popular.

Miss Holloween:

I honestly, don't even know. This shit's gonna be wild.

I'm fairly confident the "for real this time" part in the synopsis will prove to be either an outright lie, or some form of double meaning.

Orb Weaver:

There will be big conflict between the Foster sisters.

MacNamara isn't fully himself, the sisters will be able to trust even less than they think

We might get another gathering of the Lords, this time, all directly addressing Hannah.

So for those who didn't know that several starkids cameoed in the TGWDLM Kill Count:

We now have (admittedly limited) footage of Ted with a ponytail.

I know we all talk about how both Pokey and Tinky obsess over their blorbos, but those are just 2 of the examples we have that show the true genius behind the writing for the lords.

The two main examples I'm referring to are Watcher World and Yellow Jacket.

Watcher World sees (heh) Blinky have a whole ass breakdown because the story he was invested in didn't go the wait he wanted despite him trying to force his headcanons/theories into reality.

The more egregious example would be the existence of Otho. He is literally the most blatant, out of nowhere "100% original oc do not steal" on par with something a 14 year old would post on Deviantart 10 years ago. He's so out of place, it wouldn't surprise me if the whole Roller-rama thing only exists in that timeline, directly due to Pokey's influence.

The true horror of the Hatchetfield franchise as a whole isn't that a small, remote town is used as a sandbox by 5 elder gods. It's that those elder gods behave like beligerante fanfic writers.
