crazy how one day everything feels like starbucks and pink and uggs and wearing pajamas to class and doing your makeup in the bathroom sink and sparkly hoco dresses and group chats and sleeping all day and staying out all night and making playlists and gossiping and playing dress up and glittery lipgloss and first loves and hooking up in parking lots and all that mattered was being young and hot and thin and everything smelled like a thousand wishes and vanilla candles from bath & body works and every day sounded like olivia rodrigo and sabrina carpenter and every night sounded like ribs by lorde and then all of a sudden your eighteen and in college and your girlish-ness becomes embarrassing as you try to cling on to your fleeting teenage hood and regret ever tying your worth to your youth because you know growth inevitably becomes decay and theres nothing you can do to stop it.
