I think I'm losing my period which is kind of scary but I desparately need to be small. I need to have a flat belly and lean legs and tiny arms. I NEED TO BE TINY. I need to feel light and dainty. I'm scared but I dont plan to stop until I get there, even if it kills me.

75 Reasons I Want To Be Skinny

To be clear, I’m not pro ana and I know that I can do the majority of these things without losing a pound of weight. This is just a manifestation of the way society and those around me make me (and possibly others) feel for being overweight.

I wish I could be happy at whatever size, I really do. I wish these desires on no one.

1. For that tight belly feeling and not having to suck it in.

2. So my mother will stop criticizing my food choices.

3. So I can go back to how I looked when I first started dating my boyfriend 6 years ago.

4. So I can stop being ā€˜the fat one.’

5. So I can dress up in unique looks and not feel awkward or like I don’t belong.

6. So I can feel comfortable posting photos on social media.

7. So I’ll be confident and motivated enough to start posting on YT again.

8. So I can have better opportunities in life.

9. So people won’t look shocked when I tell them I’m vegan.

10. So I can do headstands.

11. So I’ll feel lighter when going on a run.

12. So I can start eating 1300 calories a day and just maintain my weight instead of slowing my progress.

TW bc i talk about weird food problems/ED stuff (NOT PRO ANA, DNI IF YOU ARE. ACTUALLY IF YOU ARE PRO ANA JUST BLOCK ME)

my eyes are swollen from non stop crying and i haven’t eaten more than a hash brown and a half a sandwich in the past 3 days. the thought of eating makes me feel, repulsed? i keep feeling sick to my stomach idk if it’s anxiety or what but i already ~kinda~ been slipping back to ED behaviors this summer bc i basically refuse to feed myself and never go grocery shopping and if i do it’s just like crackers and cheese and stuff. and it’s not necessarily related to how I LOOK bc i know if you’re a long time follower of mine that was an issue i had a lot when i was younger, but it seems like in stressful times (probs for some semblance of control who tf knows) i begin starving myself again. i’ve gotten to the point where most of my clothes no longer fit right and i’m exhausted and always feel like i’m gonna pass out. usually smoking weed helps but i’ll just sit here HUNGRY and i basically need Mike to feed me in order for me to eat. i just needed somewhere to talk about this that wasn’t to a specific person bc i know what they’ll tell me bc it’s the same thing i’m telling myself. I’m feeling so unhealthy man idk not to mention my mental health being in the shitter.

-1 minute mountain climbers

-10 push ups

-15 more squats

-100 jumping jacks

10 more crunches and some lunges to cool off!

(keep in mind it depends on your body type and the amount of work you put into your workouts to burn enough calories)

MORNING ROUTINE

do not hit snooze. wake up by 7:30

make your bed

weigh in

drink a cup of green tea

do yoga or some morning stretches

cleanse and moisturize face

drink 2 cups of water before breakfast

make breakfast light (under 100 cals), black coffee allowed

brush teeth

get changed and put on deodorant

makeup isn't necessary unless you're going out

NIGHT ROUTINE

straighten up bedroom

if sister is working make sure the rest of the house is straightened up

exercise

take a shower. on days you don't wash your hair just put conditioner in it. cleanse face. shave if necessary

moisturize face and body and put spot treatment on any blemishes

oil nails and cuticles

drink some sleepytime tea (or other soothing tea)

brush teeth

before bed stretches or yoga

FOOD

net only 500 calories

you can eat up to 900 as long as the excess is burned off

drink 8-10 cups of water a day at least

drink 2 cups of water before every meal

one cheat meal/metabolism boost day every 10 days

BODY

stretch before exercising and in the morning and before bed

do a full body exercise EVERY DAY for at least 30 minutes

do yoga every morning

listen to weight loss subliminals and positive affirmations everyday

NO BINGING
