To be clear, Iām not pro ana and I know that I can do the majority of these things without losing a pound of weight. This is just a manifestation of the way society and those around me make me (and possibly others) feel for being overweight.
I wish I could be happy at whatever size, I really do. I wish these desires on no one.
1. For that tight belly feeling and not having to suck it in.
2. So my mother will stop criticizing my food choices.
3. So I can go back to how I looked when I first started dating my boyfriend 6 years ago.

my eyes are swollen from non stop crying and i havenāt eaten more than a hash brown and a half a sandwich in the past 3 days. the thought of eating makes me feel, repulsed? i keep feeling sick to my stomach idk if itās anxiety or what but i already ~kinda~ been slipping back to ED behaviors this summer bc i basically refuse to feed myself and never go grocery shopping and if i do itās just like crackers and cheese and stuff. and itās not necessarily related to how I LOOK bc i know if youāre a long time follower of mine that was an issue i had a lot when i was younger, but it seems like in stressful times (probs for some semblance of control who tf knows) i begin starving myself again. iāve gotten to the point where most of my clothes no longer fit right and iām exhausted and always feel like iām gonna pass out. usually smoking weed helps but iāll just sit here HUNGRY and i basically need Mike to feed me in order for me to eat. i just needed somewhere to talk about this that wasnāt to a specific person bc i know what theyāll tell me bc itās the same thing iām telling myself. Iām feeling so unhealthy man idk not to mention my mental health being in the shitter.
Can yāall share your fav low cal drinks/meals/snacks w me? Hell, even share your grocery list w me if you feel comfortable. I have adhd and I just end up getting like a cucumber and diet soda.

drink a cup of green tea

cleanse and moisturize face
drink 2 cups of water before breakfast

brush teeth
get changed and put on deodorant
makeup isn't necessary unless you're going out
NIGHT ROUTINE
straighten up bedroom
if sister is working make sure the rest of the house is straightened up
exercise
take a shower. on days you don't wash your hair just put conditioner in it. cleanse face. shave if necessary
moisturize face and body and put spot treatment on any blemishes
oil nails and cuticles
drink some sleepytime tea (or other soothing tea)
brush teeth
before bed stretches or yoga
FOOD
net only 500 calories
you can eat up to 900 as long as the excess is burned off
drink 8-10 cups of water a day at least
drink 2 cups of water before every meal
one cheat meal/metabolism boost day every 10 days
BODY
stretch before exercising and in the morning and before bed
do a full body exercise EVERY DAY for at least 30 minutes
do yoga every morning
