cane users don't have to use their cane for every single step in order to be valid in their need for a cane. cane users can suddenly stop using their cane while moving around and not invalidate their need for it next time they use it. some cane users may only use their canes during flare ups. some only need their cane every few steps for short bursts. everyone's needs are different.

every cane user deserves respect.

Cane user here, I hook mine on my desk's connection between the chair and the desk. in classes without that, I hook it on my leg

cane users!!! during school, where do you put your cane while sitting at your desk? im so worried mine will slip and make a loud bang on the floor in the middle of class

I use a cane. I bring it to school so that I can get places correctly. That's nice and all, but there is a big problem. The classrooms are arranged in a way that leaves no walkways for me.
