“Y/n I’m home!” Tamaki exclaimed as he saw your shoes by the door.

“Welcome back!” You said as you wrapped your arms around him. His warm body melted into yours as he hugged you back. Tamaki nuzzled his face into the crook of your neck gently, mumbling something about being exhausted.

“Yeah? Tired love? I know you work so hard,” you say to him, a soft smile on your face, “Go freshen up Tama, I’ve got a surprise for you afterwards.”

With a reluctant grumble, Tamaki pulled away from the warmth of your body and went into your shared room to take a shower and change out of his hero clothes. You had the luxury of being able to arrive home before your longtime boyfriend and fiancé Tamaki had, so you’d gone out again to pick up some takoyaki and other takeout along with his favorite snacks.

It had been a while since you and Tamaki had been able to spend some quality time together due to your busy schedules, and you thought a low energy netflix and chill date would be great seeing how tired you both can be at the end of the day.

As you got a movie you both wanted to watch ready and pulled out a blanket and some pillows to share, you heard Tamaki’s soft footsteps padding down the halls of your house. His eyes widened in surprise as he saw the setup which had previously gone unnoticed by him. His slightly extended silence at the sight of what you had done caused you a bit of anxiety.

“Do you not like it? I thought we could just netflix and chill but if you don’t want to or are too tired I understand.” You said hesitantly, breaking the silence between the two of you.

“No. No! I love this so much, thank you bunny,”he said quickly, snapping out of his reverie, “I was just surprised.” A soft blush adorned his cheeks as he finished his sentence, unable to find the words describe the feeling of pure love and adoration that flooded through his body the moment he saw you on the couch, setting up a date with all his favorite things. His favorite foods, his favorite snacks, his favorite blanket, and his favorite person. God he loved you so much.

Quickly, Tamaki sat down next to you on the couch, wrapping his arms around you and grabbing a pack of chips off the table nearby as you turned on the movie. Once you two had your fill of food and snacks, your bodies pressed up against each other under the weight of the blanket as you eventually shifted into a comfortable position.

Tamaki was laying down directly on the couch while you were laying down on top of him, head resting on his chest, one of his hands intertwined with yours, playing with the engagement ring that rested on your ring finger, while his other hand wrapped snugly around you waist.

Slowly the movie was forgotten as you both drifted off to sleep, Tamaki muttering out a soft ‘love you’ before the dreams pulled him in.

You really should netflix and chill more often.

- Bachira would be such a good boyfriend

- He’d definitely plan and take you on the best dates, arcade, picnic, zip lining, skydiving, whatever you could possibly imagine

- He loves your attention, he practically basks in it

- All of the love languages are pretty common for him to give, but his favorites to give, and the most common would be physical touch and quality time

- Unless you are opposed to it or want some alone time, every moment outside of the field is spent with you. He just loves you so much

- You and soccer/football are his life

- Bachira had a very lonely childhood, and because of that I feel he’d be very clingy with his significant other and would give them the world. He’d do anything for you

- He dates to marry. He’ll only ask you out when he’s sure he really likes you and when you say yes to be his significant other, he’d do anything to keep you with him.

- Another offset of his childhood would leave him really insecure in the relationship, since he never really had anyone else before blue lock. So if you could give him words of affirmation and reassurance every once in a while he’d love you even more.

- That would also unintentionally make him seem really clingy and overbearing since he’s always asking where you’re going and asking he can go with you. He’s just scared of you walking out on him.

- On a slightly brighter note, if you got along with his mother really well he’d be over the moon. His mother is very glad he found someone who loves him for him.

- Very attentive boyfriend, and can tell when your mood changes gives. He quickly memorizes what you like and what he can do to make you feel better in a bad situation. He’s always there for comfort. If you call him saying you don’t feel well or are having a bad day he will always come home as soon as possible.

It had been a month since you had died on your mission. A month since Muichiro was just seconds too late to save you. A month since you had died in his arms, telling him that you loved him. And he loved you too, so much. So very much. He still got random memories from time to time, of you and him, from before he had lost his memories. You two were together, laughing, smiling, his hand in yours, fingers intertwined. It was those that he cherishes the most, the ones of you two together happily.

He refused to train any demon slayers that came to him. Only going out on every mission available, to ruthlessly kill all demons he came across. Mercilessly slashing their heads from their necks, killing them slowly and painfully, revenge for your death. He’d kill them all. He’d kill every demon in the world, so you could rest peacefully in your grave.

Once the mission was over, he’d return to your mansion, making sure to clean himself off first, he couldn’t let filth tarnish your beautiful home after all. He hadn’t let them take it away after you died, your home. He made sure all of your things remained untouched, just the way you had left it. Even going so far as to hire a maid to clean it a few times a week so it would be spotless.

Muichiro would curl up in your room, on your bed with one of your haoris. It still held your scent. He’d pretend you were there next to him. He’d pretend it was your arms he was curled up in, not your clothes. He’d pretend you were there, holding him, playing with your hair as you whispered sweet words into his ears, telling him you loved him, and this time giving him a chance to say it back. A chance for him to tell you he loves you, and he means it, from the bottom of his heart.

Many of the others had stopped by, Mitsuri being the most frequent visitor. They had tried to help him get over his heartbreak, over his grief. They had all lost their patience one by one, telling him these things happen, telling him how everyone is hurt by your death but it was time for him to resume his responsibilities, telling him how it was time to let you go. But he couldn’t. He refused to let you go. How could he just let go of someone he loves so dearly? He still hasn’t gone to your grave, refusing to believe you were truly gone from this world.

That’s why he dreads the day when he can no longer remember the sound of your voice, the way your beautiful eyes crinkled as a genuine smile appeared on your face, the way your hair flowed in the gentle wind as the two of you sat together, the way the sound of your laugh was like music to his ears, the way your soft touch warmed his skin and made butterflies erupt in his stomach. He dreads the day when your scent fades from your things and he is no longer able to remember the way your fragrance invaded his senses as he laid his head on your lap, your fingers tangled in his hair.

Muichiro Tokito dreads the day you fade from his memory, there was no reason to live if the light in his life had faded away right before him, with nothing he could do to stop it. Just like the night you died.

- You’re the only one he really remembers and I think thats how he knew he liked you, because you were the one constantly on his mind.

- He definitely went to Kanroji once he realized he likes you and asks what he’s supposed to do now. He was a bit clueless but that’s okay. She probably tells Obanai who tells Sanemi and so on and so forth which is how everyone knows he likes you before you know he likes you.

- Just randomly asks you out one day. Nothing super special about it. He just does it.

- He gives a lot of quality time, but probably also a bit of gift giving

- He brings you back the most random little trinkets from wherever his missions took him, just stuff that reminded him of you or stuff he thought you’d like

- Tries to finish missions as quickly as possible just so he can get back to you and be in your arms

- He loves laying down outside, with his head in your lap as you play with his long hair

- On the topic of his hair, I feel like he’d love it when you play with his hair and wouldn’t mind at all if you were to style it. He wouldn’t even take it out, he’d just walk around in whatever style you decided to put his hair in that day

- I headcanon that Muichiro forgets to take care of his hair after long missions because he’s tired which is totally understandable, but that would lead to a nightly routine where you’d brush his hair before bed every night regardless of whether he had a mission or not

- You two end up acting really domestic like a married couple probably which Muichiro absolutely adores, but it earns you two a little teasing from the other hashiras

- If Muichiro sees you doing something he’ll come up and wrap his arms around you from behind and snuggle his face into the crook of your neck, if you move he does with you, just staying like that till you pry him off of you. If you’re a hashira, this has definitely happened while you were training, leaving a bunch of awkward tsukugos just standing there in front of you.

- Mui’s cuddles are divine and you can’t convince me otherwise

- He’s a sweet little lover boy
