pretty sure my soulmate is a bag of sour gummy worms
Imagine Eddy’s house getting robbed and one of two things could happen: Brett could be their during it and knock the robber out before Eddy gets shot or something, or it’s the aftermath of the robbing and Eddy calls Brett while panicking. Thoughts?
(An ask!!! Tysm!!) Oooooh this such is a nice idea. Tbh I’m always a little more inclined to the “heroic acts of adrenaline” type tropes, but hurt comfort is also such a good trope and I think it would just click so well with those two.
One character showing an “uncharacteristic” show of strength to defend another is always sweet, and something that I love love love to read. I think it would also be sweet if Eddy were the one comforting him afterwards, like if Brett was still high on adrenaline and all that and Eddy was just freaking out about his hand and Brett is just like “are you kidding me you were literally almost robbed”.
I personally have a lot more trouble in writing phone call conversations as well, but just everything about that would be so freaking sweet. The trust, Eddy’s immediate need to hear from Brett when he felt scared, even the fact that Brett would be able to comfort him and be on his way to him as soon as he knew (cause let’s be honest, he would be in his car and on the way over ASAP to comfort him).
So in conclusion they’re both amazing prompt ideas and I have to know, are either of these something that already exists, or something you were hoping would get written? Cause if they’re already out there I would love a link so I can show them all my love and support. :D
