A While Ago I Dug Out A Teeny Tiny Notebook (only 6.5x10.5cm) I'd Never Finished And Started Drawing

A while ago I dug out a teeny tiny notebook (only 6.5x10.5cm) I'd never finished and started drawing in it. I remember I bought this book in 2017 while in a slump, hoping it would make me want to draw more, which didn't work but I did suddenly feel like using it last year.
The mushrooms are from 2022, but squint at the dates and you'll see there was a 5-year gap between drawing and colouring the lionfish mermaid because I sketched her in 2017.

It's this other time again too >:3c Generally the venn diagram of people who like timed figure drawing exercises and people who like BTS fanart is a pair of non-intersecting circles, but I don't let that stop me.
This year has j-hope as well because he's being discharged from the military this month. :3

I'm trying to add my Inktober pictures to Instagram and I hate the way my grid looks with a deep sadness. I like the way the actual art I did looks in person, why does it look like trash as soon as I take a photo?

When I restarted this little book I went back and drew new versions of the old pictures to see if it looked different. I think I used to use harder lead in my pencils. You can see I didn't even make it past the layout sketch for the bluebell in 2017.

It's that time of year again! I haven't had time to scan anything so please forgive the limited image editing on my phone camera.

Of all my online locations, tumblr is probably the only one I'm not constantly tempted to delete.
