I was 100% not trying to project it so I don't understand why you're implying it like it is true? I could be minterpreting this. I explicitly said I was still learning, whether or not that makes a difference, it's up to you. But to me it does, I am still in the process of understanding the curves and folds. Especially clothing curves on chubbier people, which was the main reason why rose's anatomy basically disappeared 💀

Learning takes a lot of time especially if it's new and I feel like you never gave me that time to grow before I was criticized.

About that rose artwork from 4 years ago, girl wasn't all that deep tbh 😭

This was the artwork, it was a simple bust shot. I never drew her anatomy at all 💀💀 so clearly, I never got to learn her anatomy LOL

My main issue wasn't the criticism itself, but rather how the message was worded

You made it seem like I had nothing else better to do with my life? Like my only purpose was to draw? My worth is only deemed on what my hands can do and that's pretty dehumanising tbh. 💀 saying "it doesn't seem you didn't put it the time or effort" is low-key mean, especially since I've been told that for most of my life. It brought back war flashbacks 😭😭😭 that's the only reason why I reacted so vehemently. And it makes me sadder knowing our first interaction is with hostility and I never wanted to be that way.

The main reason why I edited the artwork was to at least put it into practice. Nothing more, nothing less. If you don't like it even then, it's okay I wasn't going to force you. I, at least, wanted to show I understood the issue.

The way you said it would be more convenient if i drew chubbier people because I fit into the type is sweet, I understand this comes from a place where I can learn to love myself, however this won't be true because i will always hate myself no matter if i was skinny or not LMAO

Kara + Alice and Connor because I wanted to include him in the set :) because it would be mean if I didn't lmao 😭 I wanted to try something different with them, it went out alright (also hunter versus prey dynamic 👀) I like the way Con's hair turned tbh 😭
