Sky is a lot like UT Papyrus (well I mean he IS a swap Sans pfft) but especially in not giving up hope in others. He believes in everyone and wants them to do/show their best. That part where Papyrus welcomes the human with open arms in the genocide run? That is absolutely Sky.
