🚨 SPOILER ALERT FOR READY PLAYER ONE 🚨

I found an article on reddit about the problems with the book to movie adaptation of Ready Player One that I think a lot of people should read.

So I had this idea which seemed very cool in my head. Why not write " Sex is cool and all but have you tried not using vowels in your sentences" And exclude all vowels from all the words.

It didn't turn out like I expected.

Aaaaand Its Done! Im Dead! My Wings & Ruin Montage. I Probably Could Have Spent A Couple More Weeks /

Aaaaand it’s done! I’m dead! My Wings & Ruin montage. I probably could have spent a couple more weeks / months tweaking it to within an inch of its life, but for the sake of my sanity I’m calling it done (it was hella fun, but I think I wracked up about a million hours.)

Sometimes you aren’t mature enough yet for your own ideas, writeblr and that’s okay.

I got the rough idea for Anguish when I was fourteen years old, sitting outside a target in my mom’s car. I’m 23 years old now and I’m finally writing a first draft of a decent version of that idea. I can look back at the versions I wrote when I was 14 and it’s a mess. I had a lot of life to live and experience to gain before it became a proper story.

Don’t get mad at yourself now if you have an idea you know is good but you just can’t execute it yet. Some things only come with age and experience. That’s okay.
