Yup, Exactly What He Said

Yup, exactly what he said…
Our hero Michal knows the score. He isn’t afraid to publicise one of the founding principles of hyper-masculinity to every single one of his 222,000+ followers.
Michal learned long ago that Men have one purpose in life: the pursuit of ever more muscle. From a young age, he realised that trying to deny this would be an insult to his Y chromosome. Michal accepts the irrefutable truth that a Man can NEVER have too much muscle.
And now, thanks to the heroic endeavours of this legend, we all get to witness what the pinnacle of hyper masculinity looks like.
I salute you, Michal.
You are everything I want to be.

Hé man, I am an 18 year old guy who has been working out for years. Now, since I am out of the house, I'll be joining a real gym! Your blog is inspiring for guys like me; your blog shows true manliness! Do you have any tips for a young brother who wants to become just like you?
Well done bud, great to hear you’re laying the foundations of your hyper-masculine transformation so young.
One of the easiest upgrades for you to implement (but ironically, one that tends to face most resistance) is your hair. It really has to be a buzz cut or wet shave I’m afraid.
If that represents too drastic a shift from your current style, you can temporarily bridge the gap with a high n tight skin fade. Note: temporarily. A high n tight might have been acceptable when you were a boy, but you’re a Man now. The hair has to go.
Your next upgrade should be your facial hair. Always remember: boys have hair on their head, Men have hair on their face. Don’t panic if you can’t grow a dense jungle of face fuzz just yet - you’re young. I couldn’t grow a beard at 18 either. You should notice your beard improving in your 20’s though. Let it grow thick and wiry.
Then we move onto the main event… the muscle. To me, hyper-masculinity CANNOT exist without muscle. It is the non-negotiable foundation of your transformation. You don’t have to jump onto steroids straight away - in fact, you shouldn’t even consider them until you have a grasp on how to train and diet effectively.
But make no mistake: gaining muscle needs to be your ultimate priority. Muscle garners immediate respect from the Men you already admire, it opens the door to their incredible club, it announces your hyper-masculine values before you’ve even uttered a single syllable.
The process will be slow, painfully so at times. But take it from me, the boy on the left who gained 60 lbs of muscle to become the Man on the right:
It’s worth every second

“Too big” does not exist
Krizo is breathtakingly big here. It’s not just the monumental bicep peaks, it’s the sheer heft of his triceps too. It’s the depth of those pits. Its the size of his forearms.
But make no mistake, as close as this Man already is to absolute perfection, he can be made better still. How? By getting bigger, of course.
This isn’t some warped view that I’m trying to impose on others. This is merely the mentality that drives every bodybuilder. It is the essence of what it means to be a bodybuilder.
Despite the fact Krizo is close to 300 lbs of solid muscle in the off season, he still pushes harder and further. Because he knows the truth:
300 is great. But 310 is better...
And as good as 310 is, 320 is better still…

Brett expertly demonstrates what happens when a young guy graduates through the ranks of the Brotherhood. From handsome, athletic, boy next door to beautiful, steroid-drenched slab of Man.
I will never understand how anyone could witness a transformation like this and not accept that Men need bodybuilding. Our bodies crave bodybuilding, to be nourished with the nutrients and hormones needed to thrive.
In his own words:
Thousands of hours of training
7 meals per day, every day
Constant investment in rehab/recovery
No social life
Extreme uncomfortableness
That is why I respect and admire bodybuilders so much. These Men set their sights on a goal and don’t fucking stop until they achieve it.
They epitomise masculine determination.
They are heroes.

A size comparison that shows just how monstrous Vitaliy actually is. This young Man is rapidly becoming a beacon of steroidal superiority to us all.
I’ve no idea if he knows the dude on the left; they could be literal brothers or complete strangers. But I do know one thing: a fire will have been ignited deep inside that young buck, a fire that whispers, “you need to get bigger”.
For any of you regular gym goers out there, this raises an important point about the influx of new faces you might be seeing in your gym a this time of year. Please do not discourage any guys who have been brave enough to take the first step.
Be friendly
Be helpful
Be encouraging
Sure, some guys will inevitably fall by the wayside. Others will attend semi-regularly without developing any real love for the process. But a small number of these guys will become ensnared. They will see their bodies changing in front of the mirror and think, “I need more of this”.
If you value the idea of a world filled with more muscle-bound, steroid-fuelled, hyper-masculine Men, do your duty and help recruit as many guys to the Brotherhood as possible.
How does this Man do it? How does he manage to get more and more perfect every time I see him?
Nourished by the needle, you can see just how much his body thrives on high-dose chemical androgens. It would be a crime to deprive this Man of steroids, tantamount to starvation.
Muscle turned all the way up to 11.
Fat turned all the way down to 0.
Just the way it should be.
Perfection.
