i gained today.

to 161.4. today i fast until my cravings get the better of me, hopefully until 4pm today. if i make my goal of 4pm then ill just keep going but im so disgusted with myself. i pray its water weight due to how much water i drank yesterday, but i don’t want it to become an excuse.
