Chapter 7 Of Sour Droplets!

Chapter 7 of Sour Droplets!

[Chapter 7 - Uniting Consequences]

An waved bye to Kanade who was standing by the door of her house. The birds continued to chirp over head, flying under the clouds that dotted the sky as the sun shined down on An. It was a beautiful day despite it being August 28, marking her official fourth, and last day away from home.

Kanade and An exchanged phone numbers, a testimony to the bond they had made over the meager three days they had. Instead of giving Kanade An’s original phone number, she gave her her dad’s, since her phone was broken and she also needed a way to get ahold of her father to tell her she was ok.

So after An was done listing off the numbers of her dads phone number, Kanade sent him a message to which he instantly responded, glad that he knew where An was. They explained everything that happened (except the emotional parts) and An’s dad offered to come get her, but after An tried to stand and found that she could, she knew she wanted to make the journey home herself.

So after she headed into the kitchen and refused Kanade’s offer for breakfast, they said their goodbyes and An headed out the door. However Kanade still waved goodbye with her trademark gentle smile on her face, making An’s heart swell with warmth. They both had connected on a deeper level despite the awkward way they had met, and An knew that Kanade now held a spot close to her heart.

So as An walked home, she wondered how she could show her appreciation to her new friend. Should she buy her a gift? No… Kanade likely wouldn’t accept it, and feel bad that An spent money on her. Should she pick some flowers for her? No.. it didn’t seem like Kanade would have time to take care of them.

And so An’s back and forth in her brain continued, her feet taking her home as her brain continued to debate on ideas. Before she knew it though, she was in front of her dads cafe, and pushing the door open. The bell attached to the door rang as she stepped into the air conditioned atmosphere of the building. The place was empty except for the four people at the counter and of course, her dad, behind the counter.

However it was easy to tell who everyone was at that counter. For the girl near the door had a shade of sandy blonde hair that An had practically memorized, and it was easy to tell who the other were from their short orange hair and the split light and dark blue hair. Kohane, Akito, and Toya were all here, waiting for her.

Despite how worried they all must be, An couldn’t help but smile, their concern touching her heart. She couldn’t even begin to imagine how her disappearance had impacted all of them, especially since she had stayed out of touch with them for four days. Yet they still came to her dads cafe and waited for her return, clearly anxious in the silence that echoed around the room.

An felt like she had to apologize, but before the word could come out of her mouth Kohane was the first to turn her head, her light brown eyes looking at An wide with concern.

“An-Chan!” She yelled, causing everyone else to look her way.

Akito’s face clearly possessed several wrinkles that had imprinted on his skin from all the worrying he had done, but Toya just smiled gently, his gray eyes shining under the fluorescent lights.

“Welcome back Shirashi.” He greeted, his sharp eyes conveying a sense of warmth.

“Oi oi Shirashi where were you? You made us worry.” Akito said, his tsundere demeanor showing through. Though An had to hold in a laugh when she saw Toya elbow him, causing Akito’s face to melt into a smile. “-Urk! But we’re glad you’re here An.”

An’s lips turned upwards into a grin. Just as quickly as the silence had settled, her partners had broke it, which was quite characteristic for them. They never were ones to be quiet, but the relief on their faces said enough for them.

“An…! I’m so glad you’re safe.” Looking upwards, An could see her dad frozen in place and staring at her while he held a glass and cloth in hand.

Instantly a smile of relief and despair broke out across An’s face. She may not have Nagi anymore, but she had her dad. And god had she missed him.

Instantly An put one foot in front of the other, rushing forward. One of the things she loved about her dad was the warmth he provided, the bond they shared. And she had certainly missed that.

But as she ran behind the counter and wrapped her arms around him I’m a tight hug, she let out a contented sigh. As her dad wrapped her arms around she let herself smile, the corners of her lips curling upwards as she let herself be embraced by that familiar warmth again. For now she was home, in the place closest to her heart.

Demon slayer story :)))

Demon Slayer Story :)))

“Mayaaaaaaa.” You hear faintly while your tucked away deeply, into a soft sleep state. “Mayaaaaaa.” The voice gradually gets louder, but still unidentifiable by who might be saying it. As your starting to wake up slowly from the beckoning tug of the voice, a light blue light which you know was filtered in from your windows, is visible in your closed eyelids. “Mayaaaaaa!” The voice calls loudly all of a sudden, breaking from its slow increase in volume. Your eyelids flutter open and shut as your trying to wake up while being blasted by sunlight from the curtains you left open. You sit up in your bed rubbing your eyelids as you can feel them connect with your eye sockets and your bangs tickle the outside of them. As your waking up though, your homey bed breaks from where you were sitting, the wooden bed frame shattering, where you once sat. You fall to the hard wooden floor fast and even though your not that high up from the ground you land hard, and fall backwards, knocking all the air out of you.

“Mayaaaa! You have to head to school now!” Your mom yells up the stairs, knowing your awake since she heard you graceful awaking. You wheeze trying to cough out a response, but your too out of breath and in pain to choke out a response. You take a second to catch your breath and for the pain to stop, then you leave your now broken bed to get ready for school. Your bare feet, pounding on the wood floor. First you head to your closet, while small it’s in a corner of your room and hasn’t been touched by your older sister, Paige, luckily. It’s not like the clothes would fit her anyway, you think as you toss your long soft fluffy blonde locks behind you while putting on your school uniform. Your uniform consists of a comfy and roomy dark blue top, a medium length soft white skirt with dark blue checkered lines, snug white knee socks, and smooth black clogs. As your yawning and slowly putting your school uniform on, still recovering from this morning, your cat, Squeaker gently pushes the door open. Her black and white fur shines in the light from your open window as she bobbles her way toward you, her tale straight up. Your cat Squeaker who is a chubby black and white cat, rubs against your skirt, pressing the soft cotton fabric inwards as she purrs while her back is now against your leg. You smile after you finish putting the rest of your school uniform on and inhale some slightly stuffy air through your nose, before exhaling it through your nostrils like your taking a deep breath. You put your hand on Squeakers smooth, soft, and silky fur, running you hand down her back as she continues to vibrate with purrs all the same. You always had some special connection with animals, big and small, hairy or scaly. They always loved you a lot, even if they hadn’t met you. And you always loved them too. Or tried too-. As your lost in your thoughts your mom yells up the stairs again, her voice echoing through the small corridor that was your narrow hallway but transformed into a speaker for your moms voice, making you regret not responding after you got the air warmed by the sunlight, in your lungs. “MAYAAAAA BE GRATEFUL THAT WE HAD ENOUGH MONEY TO GET YOU ENROLLED IN SCHOOL NOW GET YOUR BUTT UP AND GET READY. AT THIS POINT YOUR GOING TO BE LATE FOR SCHOOL, DONT MAKE ME MAKE YOUR SISTER COME IN THERE!” You fall backwards on the hard covered with splinters wood floor on your butt from the force of your moms voice, echoing down the corridor.

“IM COMING DOWN STAIRS NOW MOM!” You yell at the top of your lungs, spreading your fingers on the wood floor, wincing from a sudden sharp pain you feel. Squeaker darts under what remains of your bed frame as you slowly draw yourself up from the floor. You leave your room, and head down the hallway, the railing of the stair case lining a small part of the hallway. You try to rush your way down the stairs of your stair case, trying not to trip on any of the steps, since you guys were poor, there was only so much money you could put in the stairs. As your descending down the stairs you glance at your sisters room door through the bars of the stair case railing. Closed. Hm, she’s probably still asleep in her warm bed, you think to yourself as you walk down the remaining creaky steps of your stair case. Since your family wasn’t… well let’s say, that well off financially they could only afford to send one of you guys to school, and they chose you, since you were the youngest, and sadly always will be. But too you anyone who looked down on you for being young could go jump in a lake for all you care, you think too yourself, letting out an angry sigh as you try to be as graceful as you can while fumbling down the rest of your stairs.

“Thereeee you are.” Your mom says, extending her there into a sigh that falls down in volume. “We only had one egg, so I made you some warm sunny side up eggs for breakfast.” She finishes while flipping her hot black copper pan as an egg with a circular bright yellow yolk and it’s egg white under it in a paint splatter shape does a flip in the air. Noticing the continuation of a twinge of pain, you look down at your hand and notice some medium faint traces of slightly dried red lines on your hand. You bring it up by your nose to sniff it, as it gives off a copper smell, and you inhale some dust. You have smelled this smell a million times before. The smell of blood. You rotate your hand till you can’t see the back of your hand and your palm faces you. You trace all the blood stains on your hand back to one certain area on your finger near the top. You noticed a shred of broken wood from your bed frame is logged deep within your skin, the bottom covered with dry crusted blood. You wince a bit and slowly shuffle your feet over to the drawer you keep your medical stuff in, your long blonde hair shimmering in the sunlight flying around you. Your hand that isn’t injured brushes against the wooden drawer, warmed by the sunlight, smooth, and made out of dark oak. While you still have your injured hand in the same spot, your other hand proceeds to open the square drawer with tan wood lining the inside with various medical supplies in all shapes and sizes over it. While your eyes scan the various bottles of medicine, bandaids, and antibacterials, your eyes latch on too your injuries enemy. Tweezers. You grab them by the handle, feeling their cold grip in your hand as you bring it up to your hand. You bring it up and pinch them slightly around the wood, wincing a bit as you wiggle it loose, pieces of dried blood falling from the wound. Finally you pull it out, throwing the wood piece away into the trash can the cold hard metal grey lid falling shut with a shoosh! as you lazily toss the old tweezers back in the medical drawer, shutting it.

You had been so zoned in on removing the deeply wedged broken rough splinter that you didn’t realize your mom had already put the egg she made for you on a shiny smooth white dish and put grey as shiny silverware by it. “Come on, eat it before your brain gets colder than it first. Are you trying to visually eat it?” Your mom interjects, obviously tired with how long your taking to go to school. “Sit down and eat, your gonna be late.” Tired of your moms nagging you lazily moving your feet across your smooth wood kitchen floor, be vigilant since you just took care of a splinter issue. When you get to your chair you sit down, and like normal you grab the silverware in your right hand, avoiding the area of your injury. You quickly gobble down the egg as the yolk splits open and oozes down your throat and the dry egg white follows shortly after, making you want a drink to quench your thirst. Sadly, you don’t have time for that as you quickly get up, scooting the chair back and toss the silverware and plate in the sink as fast but delicate as you can. “Thanks for the breakfast Ma!” You say as you bend over, grab your school clogs, and work on rapidly pulling them up your foot. “Your welcome! Just don’t be late!” Your mom replies, knowing your going to take your sweet time as soon as you get out the door. You stop one of your feet on the ground, finally get your shoe adjusted. “I won’t!” You yell to your mom, pushing yourself out the door and into the bright sunlight of a beautiful clear sky day.

As soon as the door closes behind you, you do what you usually do, despite your promise. Hey, you never said when you would do it am I right? But as you are leaving the house and walking on foot, you realize you are still thirsty from the egg you had this morning. But up a bit further on the pavement you spot something grey, round, and shiny, as the sun glints off its flat surface. Could it be? It’s a quarter! You bend down picking it up as quickly as you can off the hot pavement, trying not to burn yourself. You drop the warm quarter into a palm of your hand and clench your hand into a fist, knowing that there’s a vending machine, just up ahead. You know these city streets well, for you have lazy walked them many times, much to your mothers anger.

As you get closer to the dark green vending machine, you see a radio on a table behind it with chairs propped up on either side, likely a dining seat area for a restaurant. It looked to be turned on, and you could hear various static noises as you were approaching. At least I’ll be updated on what’s happening before I go to school, you think to yourself, right in front of the vending machine. You push the coin in through the narrow black plastic slot, hearing it fall to the ground with a clink, clunk! You get up from your bent down position and move your eyes along the rows of drinks, scanning them for the right one to quench your thirst. As your eyes are scanning, sunlight glints off probably the fanciest soda there. It’s bright yellow, with different colored gems wrapped in a ring around the top and bottom. You look wince your eyes, looking into the glare, closer noticing the drink is called smite, the title outlined in purple. Though it has no title anywhere that says of what the flavors were in this concocted drink, the outside looked certainly intriguing, so you push the smooth hard button that corresponds to the number for the drink in the aisle, while the machine in the refrigerated inside proceeds to reach forward and push it down into the hard dark murky depths of the vending machine box, so you could get your drink. As it’s pushing your drink, confirming your order, the narrow green screen shows eight bright green words. Ordering Smite (Lime, lemon, and orange juice edition). Orange juice, ey? Well hopefully it will taste like some fruit punch soda, you think to yourself, hoping it doesn’t taste as awful or even the worse as your concept of the rather weird concoction in your head.

TUNK TUNK! The soda makes as graceful as a landing as you did this morning, but this time heading in a different area, into the box at the bottom of the hard walled vending machine. A delicate smile crosses your face as you bend down adding mediocre force as you push you hand through the black flap at the bottom. Finally, something to quench your thirst, you think to yourself as your hand finally grasps the cold, circular beverage. You then stand up in the hot sunlight, as the sleek turquoise radio continues playing the annoying sound of static like it has been this whole time. As the hot sun keeps beating down on you, you start enviously eyeing the roof above the radio, pouring down a rectangular shape of shade on the area the radio is bequeathed to. I mean, mom would rather have me not be a red hot sunburnt tomato then go to school, right? You think to yourself, already planning a various stashes of excuses for your mom and your teacher. As soon as you are under the cool shade from the roof, and on the cold smooth pavement an instant relief washes over you, as your overheated body loses thermal temperature, slowly but surely, cooling you off. The only things occupying the same shade space as you were the radio on the table and two chairs. Well, the only “entertaining” things. You take a seat in the firm but beautiful chair, leaning over to mess with the little metal stick on the top, pointing it every which way hoping you could get at least a bit of signal.

After a while you give up, crossing your arms and laying the right side of your head on your right arm. You watch the road for a while with no passing on it, as a breeze sways the trees and you can hear a far off metal wind chime in the distance. You sigh, knowing that as much as you want to stay here, another tardy is something your mother really doesn’t want to hear at the long boring teachers conference. So you get up with your cold can of Smite, and begun walking out of the stage onto the road as your eye lids feel heavy. Drooping down on your glistening eyes every once and a while. As you get to the edge of the comfy little plaza you just left the radio finally starts making noise. And what it says makes you freeze in place, dropping your can of Smite. Krrrk Melliya, Sarah, Izzy, Natalie, and KRRRRKKK have gone missing. If you have info please share it with CKCKCC at ZZZZZZZZ. The radio spits out, before going back to its all to familiar episode of radio static.

To be continued…

Yandere Eugeo Headcannons!

Yandere Eugeo Headcannons!

Yan!Eugeo who, when he sees you emerge from the forest with Kirito, is absolutely blown away. From how your (h/c) hair shines in the wind to how the grass brushes against your skin from every step you take, everything about you was just… perfect.

Yan!Eugeo Instantly knew that he had to have you as his face lightly tinted with blush under the hot sun, and the breeze blew against your back whilst Eugeo stood across from you. As you stood by Kirito (who paled in comparison to you) Eugeo couldn’t help but let his thoughts run. Why had the breeze seemed to push you toward him? Was that a message that you were destined to be his? A message from Stacia herself? Soon Eugeos ice blue eyes seemed to melt a bit as the warm emotion of love took over, enveloping every part of his body.

Yan!Eugeo Who, at this point was fighting with himself to not jump forward and wrap his arms around you. His hands were twitching as images of him burying yourself in his chest flooded his mind, with the appeal of the aspect of having you all to himself taunted him. Eugeo had long-term difficulty with relationships due to losing Alice at a young age, which caused him usually to be clingy and needy. However, it never was as bad as this. He wanted to be pressed against you, to feel every inch of his skin against yours. He wanted you to hold and soothe him as he cried all of his pent up depressed feelings while you promised him everything would be alright as you run his fingers through his hair.

Yan!Eugeo who annoys insists that you be placed in a room near him to sister Selka. He wanted to witness your beauty continually when you walk by his room, even if he had to deal with the other… vermin people in the hallway who would block his view of you. Selka had never seen Eugeo so attached to anyone since the arrest of Alice, so she complied, thinking it would be a healthy outlet for him to use to move on. Big mistake. Now Eugeo spends all of his time chopping at the Gigas Cedar thinking of you. Of course, no far-away room placement could stop him with that. He just would find another way to look at your beauty somehow…

Yan!Eugeo is beyond frustrated when he sees you acting so buddy-buddy with Kirito. He’s infuriated. That should be him with you! Of course Eugeo was too nervous to walk up and talk to you, who wouldn’t be when they’re in the presence of such an angel?!? You were a lost child of Vetca and had emerged from the depths of nature along with Kirito side by side, so of course you had something in common. But Eugeo felt closer to you than Kirito did, yet all he could do is grit his teeth and tighten his muscles in frustration as he walked past you and Kirito talking as if you were best friends.

Yan!Eugeo who can barely hold his temper when you look at Kirito with wonder after he cuts down the Gigas Cedar with the Blue Rose sword. He wanted you to look at him that way! That gaze should be his, not Kiritos! His his his his his his his! It wasn’t fair! Why did he always have to get the short end of the stick? Of course he was the one to almost die in the cave within the end mountains, of course he had to be the one without the Aincrad style, and of course he had to be the one who had to sit back while his future wife got taken from him! As Kirito and an impressed you were celebrating, Eugeo walked away to get treats from the bakery as every inch of him pulsed with rage. Sure, stale loaves of bread bought a second time that day wasn’t much of a treat, but Eugeo couldn’t bear another second of watching you smile and compliment Kirito. It was tearing him up inside, and he could feel tears coming to his eyes. After that day, Eugeo became very clingy to you. He always offered gifts whether it be freshly picked flowers or something he made himself, which made you keep your distance away from him due to the awkward circumstances. You ended up spending a lot of time at the church, where Selka taught you Sacred Arts whilst Kirito and Eugeo went around helping the other villagers during the few days leading up to the festival.

Yan!Eugeo insists that when he and Kirito head to the Sword Mastery Accademy they need to bring you along. After all, you’ve learned the Sacred Arts! You were definitely going to be a great asset to there journey! Kirito isn’t sure he wants to bring you into the journey of becoming an integrity knight since it wasn’t something he wanted to trouble you with, but after Eugeo pestering him about it incessantly, Kirito finally relented. After the feast and onto your formidable days of travel, Eugeo always kept a close eye on you. He was super paranoid always asking you if they needed to stop and take a break, or if you were feeling ok. You chalked his unusual behavior to him just being nervous about this next huge step in his life, but it only got worse when you arrived in 5th district of Centoria. Of course after being in the full dive of the Underwold for 2 in game years, your brain had pretty much adjusted to the rules and customs. So when you entered the fortified circular city, you were instantly amazed, wowing at anything and everything you saw in the shop windows. Secretly though, Eugeo made a mental note of what you seemed to like, and planned to get it for you later. What about saving money for Alice and there goals later down the road? Well, who cared about Alice when he had you right here in front of him? At this point, saving Alice was more of Kiritos goal, and he was just along the ride to make sure you weren’t stolen out from under him.

Yan!Eugeo who is so excited when you place in the top 12 with him! That means you also get to have your own private shared dorm, training room, and cafeteria! Of course it was frustrating that Kirito also happened to be place in the top 12 too. He wanted to share a dorm with you and not him! Yet Eugeo could only add to his growing grudge he had against Kirito, and move on being glad that you even placed in the top 12 at all. And of course you find gifts showing up in your dorm frequently, suspiciously the gifts that amazed you when you entered, but the disgust you had against Raios and Humbert you had everyday normally distracted you, so you had enough on your mind to be able to ignore them often. Honestly you were a bit mad at Eugeo for insisting that you come with, since you had already passed school in the real life, and didn’t want to go through it again. However the sweet treats Eugeo brought you every day from the jumping deer made your life a bit better, until one fateful day in the training room…

Yandere Eugeo Headcannons!

“Hey (y/n) could you come to the training hall and review my forms please?” Eugeo had asked you with a puff out of his bottom lip as he gave you his best puppy-dog eyes. Knowing you couldn’t get anywhere with him, you just sighed and agreed much to Eugeos delight, and the two of you walked over to the training hall through the empty hallway.

Now you were here, in this 9 by 10 mile room where you could smell the fresh scent of wood every time you inhaled. Sadly though, that smell wasn’t the only one that lurked in this gigantic room of the academy. Occupying a small corner of the room was Raios and Humbert, with a sweet perfume oozing from their bodies. When you saw them, you gritted your teeth and silently glared at them in disgust, but Eugeo on the other hand didn’t seem to care. He seemed so happy that he could break into a joyful skip at any moment, but you were sure he was just ignoring the two.

The training hall was also there indoor gymnasium of sorts, and logs were put out for students to practice on when the room wasn’t being used for academic courses. So after following Eugeo over to a group of three wood logs near the right wall, he unsheathed his wooden sword and began swinging. You studied him closely but a part of you nagged that your efforts would be futile. You didn’t really know anything about the Aincrad style, so how could you give him any pointers on simple things like improving his form? However he seemed oblivious to the fact as he kept chopping away at the wood, just like Humbert and Raios did in the corner. The sound of wood against wood was the only sound that rang out in the hall, however Raios and Humbert, or the pair you had nicknamed the “Terrible Two”, began to talk to each other in a loud voice, but you knew that it was only for them to insult the two of you without saying it to your face, which only made your blood boil.

“I do say that Eugeos methods of training are quite… confusing.” Raios began, his sword chopping against the wooden log in perfect rhythm. “He comes in everyday and just hits a block of wood without practicing his forms! I don’t see how he’ll ever improve at redundant actions like that!”

“Indeed Raios, but you must remember he came from a common village where he doesn’t even have a last name! Surely a few brain cells must be missing as well.” Humbert responded, his harsh words slicing through the air as his tongue rolled against his teeth. “And that girl over there-.”

All of a sudden in a flash Eugeo was behind Humbert and his wooden sword was covered in blood. That was one of the signature Aincrad moves, Sonic leap. Humbert’s eyes widened for a split second then all of a sudden blood spurted out from his neck, and his head disconnected, detaching from his head and rolling onto the floor.

In response Raios’s eyes widened, clearly not expecting Eugeo to do that.He let out a blood curdling scream and began to sprint away, but he didn’t make it very far before Eugeo got into the form for Meteor Break and cut off his head too. As the bodies lay against the floor blood pooled out from them, staining the wooden floor.

“No one talks to my girl like that.” Eugeo spat, sheathing his stained sword away.

A small purple gate opened up in the air as a man’s face appeared.

“Violation of Taboo index 7894.” His voice rang out in the room, but all you could do was stand in place, frozen with fear. “Id 2748 coordinates 91N 83S 46E 87W…” As he continued to speak Eugeo walked over to you who was trembling in place.

He kneeled down to your height with a soft smile as he brought up his hand to wipe your cheek, his bloody thumb leaving a red smear across your cheek. You stared into his sympathetic blue eyes as your heart beat so hard you swore it would beat out of your chest.

“It’s ok (y/n) don’t worry.” He consoled you to no avail. “We’ll stay on the run from the Cathedral, just you and I. We can start a small life together and nothing. Nobody. Will ever separate you and I again.”

Yandere Eugeo Headcannons!

Hey guys! Sorry that it’s been a while, but my other iPad at school ended up having to be turned in with the rest of them, so I’ll mostly be posting on here for a while now! I thought I could finish this the night before we turned our iPads in, but I took too many breaks and what not so here I am. 😅 Anyway, you’ll have to check on this channel for a while if you want updates, but I promise I’ll have the other blog running back in no time!

A twist of time [part 1] 🌸

Writing this cherry blossom set made me a Midori simp lol. : D

A Twist Of Time [part 1]

Midori had gotten out of bed, after struggling to fall asleep from the will to text yandere dev “exciting” emails. She felt the cold wood floor under her warm toes and groaned. Today was going to be a long day………..

……..Buttttt what would make her morning better is by sending yandere dev an email! She opened midori-mail and started typing her email. When she hit send, she figured out yandere dev blocked her! The shock paralyzed her. How could they block the best info source? And leave her in a murder game?

Wait what? She was in a murder game? She must have had weird thoughts after the shock had hit her, but, just to be sure, she got up and l went to her desk. She pressed the on button and the dark black screen, flickered to life. Her school page was of course the first thing she saw when she logged in. She had it covered in tabs of unfinished emails to send to yandere dev, but they were all deleted because yandere dev blocked her.

Since she needed a new tab open she moved her cursor to open a new tab. Except….. her mouse cursor wasn’t moving? She didn’t realize it until it took her an hour to try to open a tab. It didn’t make sense. She always could open tabs without looking. What was screwing her up now? She needed answers and the default screen for everyone’s school computer was NOT gonna help if she need to open a new tab. Wait, what? Everyone’s school computer default screen? What was she talking about?

Well default computer screen or not. She still had to go to school. So she pressed the off button and sent the bright, alive, screen into murky darkness. She then got her clothes ready. After she was done, she walked out of her house and off to school. When she arrived at the front entrance for school she blended in with the other students. FINALLY she thought. Hopefully when she went inside to change her shoes she wasn’t going to do the stand and spin in place glitch. It was tiring. Midori was very confused from her thought. The what in what glitch? If it was a glitch why hadn’t she seen it and already reported it to yandere dev? Before she had any more insane thoughts she needed to get to searching her name in the tech lab at school.

When free time came, to her it was tech lab time. Which is exactly where she headed. When she got there the same thing with her computer happened in tech lab. She tried EVERYTHING she could to fix it. Emails, emails, and more emails. But nothing worked. So she decided to go to Oka the occult club leader. Then she would summon a demon who would fix the computers. But when she arrived she found out fixing computers with a demon, was going to be harder than she thought.

Apparently there was no demon to fix computers (which Midori thought was dumb) so they had to make one and summon it. But summoning a made demon was hard. Apparently they had to get strands of hair and fabric from things they wanted the demon to wear? And that if they were to successfully summon the demon, they would have to do something in return. Like give up someone the summoner loves.

Midori, who didn’t understand any of this because she only knew school stuff and how to work a computer, heard bla bla bla fix a computer. So she agreed to helped. All of a sudden they could hear click-clack-click-clack. Oka and Midori looked at the occult door and Ayano walked in. Midoris heart stopped and her blood ran ice cold. She didn’t know why, she just know that it did.

Somehow yandere chan knew what they were talking about and offered to help get hair dna and clothes. So after yandere chan accepted Okas task, she was officially helping. Wait, yandere Chan? Task? What task? Who’s yandere chan? Does she have a reason why Midori had ice cold blood and a heart that stopped beating? Midori had to many insane thoughts to wait for Ayano to be done, so she sat down at a nearby table and did ALL of her homework. After she got done with her biggest, boringst stack of homework Ayano was back. Ayano came back so soon Midori didn’t even have a chance to question why yandere dev gave so much homework.

After Ayano gave Oka the items she left, which was perfect because it was time to summon demons. Oka asked Midori to close all occult room club doors and to step outside. Apparently summoning demons can get very…… scary for green haired girls. So, Midori did exactly as said. Fiddling with her phone in her hands because she was bored. After a while Oka brought Midori back and handed her a weird item. Oka explained that the demon was unique because if the summoner did what the demon asked her to do someone would get an award? She didn’t pay attention because she was so excited to make a computer work. She didn’t even remember what Oka told her that the demon asked Oka to do.

So after giving Oka a goodbye Midori walked to the tech lab with pep in her step. As soon as she installed the weird thing into the computer she was able to move her cursor freely she opened a tab and googled herself. She found herself under a game title called “Yandere simulator” so, she googled yandere simulator. And what she found shocked her to core. She found EVERYTHING out about yandere simulator. The elimination methods, the rivals, the club benefits, and everything!

She then turned around in the chair, ready to go tell everyone about what she had just found when she….. knew it was the end….. There was Ayano, with the soulless eyes and she also was holding a knife above Midoris head. Before Midori could say anything she felt the knife. Cutting through her skull, and ending her life. But…. this couldn’t be the end could it? She had put so much work in only to fail…. She had to warn her classmates. And with that will of Midoris she now could freely float around the halls and do everything a normal human would. ……….. As a ghost……… She watched everyone die in that day but Ayanos sempai. Who she was approaching with a knife.

That’s when Midori remembered the demon had asked Oka to kill everyone! But when the summoner dies the request from the demon is already counted fulfilled. All of a sudden a little screen popped up in front of Ayanos sempai that said “Restart” Yes or no? Of course in all desperation Ayanos sempai chose yes. Which brought everyone back to life, but erased their memories including Midoris.

Everyone was now entering the classroom normally and that’s when they noticed something on their desks. A flower. Not just any flower, but the type of flower teachers put on students desks when they die. Or at least they thought it was the teachers. But they hadn’t died. So who placed the flower on everyone’s desk and why? Who knows if they will ever find out….

The end

(The strange thing Midori put in her computer was a USB)

Chapter 8 of Sour Droplets!

[Chapter 8 - Reconcile]

“Haha, you should’ve seen how worried these three were for you.” An’s dad laughed as Akito’s face smirked.

“Yeah, you should’ve seen Kohane.” Akito said with a laugh. “She wouldn’t stop calling you, even though Toya and I told her that you weren’t picking up calls.”

In response to Akito’s usual teasing, Kohane’s face flushed from embarrassment, but all An could do was laugh, the mug of hot tea she was holding warming her hands.

“And when we heard that Ken had gotten a text from a random number promising you were alright, we could hardly believe it.” Toya said as the plate of warm biscuits and gravy infront of An continued steaming. “We rushed here to wait with our nerves fried, and we’ve been here ever since.”

An felt a sense of Deja-vu as she stared in the brown reflective liquid contained in her white mug. Her disappearance was just like when she ran and hid in the construction site. Her dad was so worried then too… but Nagi…

“I’m sorry I made you all worry so much.” An said, her face reflected in the mint tea. “But thank you all for looking for me.”

“An-Chan…” Kohane trailed off, her face full of worry. An was confused at her concern until she realized she had her fingers tightened around her teacup. Knowing their relationships, it likely wouldn’t be long before they found out everything that happened.

“Speaking of, who was that unknown contact that your dad mentioned?” Toya asked, changing the topic after sensing An’s discomfort.

“Yeah… was it like, a friend of yours or something?” Akito asked, following up.

And just like the crescendo moment of a concert, An ended up telling them everything that happened, bring the suspense that had somehow built up crashing down. By the time she finished, her hot tea had cooled enough for her to drink it, so she took a sip and began eating her breakfast.

“So that’s where you were…” Akito said, gritting his teeth. He likely was angry at himself that he wasn’t there for her in her pain, but he couldn’t blame himself. No one could. After all, An hadn’t told anyone but her dad that she was going to visit Nagi-san’s grave.

“You know you can rely on us, right Shirashi?” Toya asked, his left hand over his chest.

An took a bite of her food, the leftover warmth flooding her mouth. “I know, but I was hoping if I could hide all of me feelings, I wouldn’t feel that hurt anymore. That sadness.” She stared down at the black plate, holding her silver fork in her right hand. “I know that pain and growth are part of human growth, but.. I can’t stop thinking about her. She was everything I wanted to be and more. But now she’s gone yet this pain in my heart resides.” As An talked she felt her heart start to throb with pain slowly, and she knew that likely the more she talked about what she went through, the more suffocating the pain would feel. But she still pressed onwards.

“But I don’t want to keep hurting and I especially don’t want you guys to have to pick up the excess I leave behind.” An admitted, taking a sip of her tea and feeling the liquid sliding down her throat. “If I bring down the team because my lack of progress…” She trailed off, not exactly knowing what to say.

“What are you talking about?” Ken asked, drawing An’s attention. “You were the one who made your group right? There’s a reason everyone here has pretty much nominated you as the leader. It’s your fiery determination and aspirations that spur you guys onward, paving a brand new world ahead for you.”

Talking about her goal to surpass RAD WEEKEND made An think about Kanade’s words again. Go beyond… She silently repeated to herself. But could she really? It was a night based on such an intense feeling… and it felt like surpassing that night would just be disrespecting Nagi.

“Mhm!” Kohane continued, her bright eyes sparkling with determination. “I know that sometimes you’re worried about falling behind me, but honestly, you’re my idol!” An’s eyes widened in surprise, caught off guard by the words that came from Kohane’s mouth. “You give me a thing to aspire to be. A goal for me. And for me, it’s more about my growth and not beating you. Without you here, I’d never be the person I am today!”

Kohane grabbed An’s hand and her heart started to race. Despite it being just a touch, she could feel the intense passion and feeling that Kohane was passing on to her. It was an expression of desperation, as she tried to link their shared feelings.

“And it was you that helped me break out of my dad’s expectations.” Toya mentioned, his eyes filled with a warmth alike to Kanade’s. “Without you I’d be spending much more sleepless nights next to the piano.”

“And for you, you’ve touched more hearts than you could imagine.” Akito vocalized, his voice firm. “I don’t think I share another bond with someone else that’s as strong as yours, and that’s helped me through so many moments. Overall, none of us could be here without you. You’re just as important as every single one of us.”

An smiled, her eyes watering as happy tears pricked at the base of her eyes. “You guys…” She murmured quietly, the words softly rumbling her throat.

“Sorry to interrupt,” An’s dad spoke up, handing her his phone. “But you’ve got a message.”

She took the phone from him, wondering who had texted her. Though as soon as she looked at the screen, a smile quickly broke out against her face.

“I think I know what we’re doing for our next event.”
