It's been 2 years since I was introduced to this brand of tuna. I received it as part of a care package my brother sent me. I have been using it when I make my tuna patties. It is the best tuna brand I've tried to date.

Fried Tuna Patties
My Dad made some incredibly tasty Salmon balls that I missed terribly. He passed away before I could ask him for the recipe. I make my Tuna patties in memory of him.
