I have been crying off and on watching The Democratic National Convention. For the first time in eight years, i realize how much hope has been taken from me. Watching the number of Delegates rise and skyrocket over the needed number, it occurs to me how very real and possible her groundbreaking Presidency could be. For the first time in eight years, i have real hope in my heart. VOTE this November, PLEASE.

it genuinely makes me sad that “happy wife, happy life” is a phrase that means “I make my wife happy because if I don’t she’ll be annoying and fuck up my day” when it should mean “I keep my wife happy because seeing her smile genuinely makes my heart light up with mirth, I love hearing her joyful laugh, I love making her happy”

I want to re-listen to the Magnus Archives someday. I’m sure it’d be even better sober. I know I’ll think of her, though. I miss her so much it hurts sometimes.
