It’s finally time for me to confess… I am terrified of Jon Matteson

Okay, that sounds a little harsh, but just… hear me out.

Sometimes, in the dark of the night, I swear I can see him at the end of my bed. He’s built like Slenderman and has the most piercing blue eyes, that’s not natural. Sometimes I just hear “Venus, please!” inside my head, and it freaks me out.

Jon, buddy, you can either come up with unsettling concepts or look unsettling, PICK ONE before I lose my mind 😭. Not to mention near the end of The Guy Who Didn’t Like Musicals, specifically Let It Out and parts of Inevitable:

He can unhinge his jaw almost like a snake and that unsettles me. Oh, and how could I forget WIGGLY? The voice is scary enough (how on earth did he come up with that) but in Nerdy Prudes Must Die they send him out like THIS:

I don’t know about wiggling, but I sure am shivering. Now, I have nothing against Jon Matteson - he’s a phenomenal actor, an incredible singer, and from what I’ve seen in his livestreams, a genuinely lovely man, but something about him just terrifies me. I ask for your support and understanding in these trying times.
