for anyone who cares, i'm having a full alice nine meltdown tonight. i love them so much. i've been with them ALMOST since the beginning and i just.... nobody makes music like them. nobody means to me what they do. i'm so thankful they're still together and making music and so thankful that i still keep up with them. 9 years ago i got their name tattooed on my arm and i haven't regretted it one day since and i never will. i might not ever get to see them in concert and i'll have to make peace with that, but i can only hope they'll go another 20 years and i'll make some memories with them.
ugh. my literal fucking soul hurts right now.
alice nine hiatus...
i have loved alice nine for 16 years. they are the only band i have inked into my skin. they are the reason i love the music i do, the reason i'm learning other languages... the reason... they defined me as a person and now i will have to define myself.
i'm glad they announced an indefinite hiatus and not a disband. i know they will make music together again; they're musical soul mates. they're one of the only groups from that generation of Visual Kei with all the original members.
i love you, su9, you have and always will mean everything to me.
