how interact w/ witchcraft safely as some1 who experiences psychosis and delusions? i was raised doing witchcraft but i never rly learned how 2 do that in a way that was safe 4 me and had 2 stop bc it was giving me paranoia spikes, i keep trying 2 start again but even when im not actively trying i keep worrying that it's possible 4 me 2 accidentally do a spell or smth, if u guys hav any tips that'd b great

also as a pagan i wanna add that while yes Christmas is a bastardisation of Winter Solstice and probably a bunch of other pagan winter holidays tbh IT IS NOT THE SAME THING, it's honestly so fukin exhausting hearing Christians and ex-Christian atheists use the "but it was originally a pagan holiday" 2 try 2 push me into celebrating Christmas when i personally don't and all just bc it has origins in a holiday that i grew up celebrating w/ my family like sorry i don't want 2 celebrate the "can i copy ur homework bro?" version of a holiday i grew up celebrating

I know it's toned down, but it still came from the church and it's called "christ-mas" and is a major holiday for xtians. I'm begging you, literally none of it is a personal attack to those that like to non-religious-ly celebrate, it's about how they have felt and been treated, bc literally to any Jewish info site and see what they are talking about. they are literally just vibing, what is yalls fucking problem?

tdlr : If ur an atheist that celebrates and is happy when it's Christmas, have fun, but don't harass jewish people (or anyone, but it's mostly antisemitism I see) for simply seeing Xmas as something from another religion/culture (Christianity). also let them be mad about the antisemitism they face. it's not that hard
