Adopt an OC Tag

Hoping on the open tag from @leahnardo-da-veggie , it looks like this one goes like this:

Describe your OCs as children and pick one to adopt!

So, we walk into an orphanage. And we find:

Arlasaire -- A disabled burned girl who cannot speak, read, or write but who does know how to gut crabs and will do it if you seem in danger

Riavh -- A natural-born mage who's athletic, good with animals, well-mannered, and justice-oriented. He'll absolutely get into trouble if he thinks he's in the right. Sometimes, he is.

Diacaius -- A chubby white-haired kid, reading a book about how to do laundry (back when laundry was alchemy). He won't break any rules but he'll also sass you and won't remember to do any chores except the laundry.

Chetiel & Zalathiel -- Silver-haired twins! One smiles and sings and dances and is always so helpful around the house. And the other psychoanalyzes you and is definitely neurodivergent. He's getting bullied at school until one day, his bullies turn up dead.

Nesa -- A pink-haired selkie who screams and bites a lot. When she demands things from you, your body moves on its own to obey her. She cries afterwards. She says she doesn't wanna do it but doesn't know how to make it stop.

Saravanya -- A starving half-Demon who needs human blood to grow properly, but she hasn't been getting it. She has tentacles instead of tails and it is unclear how she'll age, given she's half-demon.

...yeah, my cast is 90% disasters, except Riavh and Diacaius. Despite the others all being my babies in the stories, I don't personally have the bandwidth to deal with all the problem children irl -- they're gonna need homes with the tools to handle them. I'd probably adopt Diacaius though just cuz I don't think I'd relate to a kid who was super into sports. Not that if I had an IRL sporty kid that I wouldn't support them, but if I'm selecting from an orphanage, I'd want to pick a kid with whom I knew I had something in common so I could support them properly. Also, whichever kid would have to consent to being adopted lol that's a big one
