Just fucked up by completing a quest without reading what it does

I was happily sitting on my AR35 LVL4 world, doing quests(just having completed an archon q, thought to do some world q, not looking what kind), when suddently my bf asks me why i just leveled up my world when he knew i didn't want to do that :')

i'm shit at combat, guys :(
