The cast of Mugen Train preparing for movie shooting! The others are either off-screen or on-stage.

(LOG) Renkaza Week 2021

For this log, I had this actor AU where all the characters were actors for the Demon Slayer series.

A few bonus headcanons below the cut!

Headcanons:

Kyojuro is hard of hearing in one ear, so playing a character that was implied to be HoH in both feels right at home with him.

Senjuro is only a few years younger than Kyojuro, and this is actually a huge deal to fans. Rumours that he’s secretly a vampire are starting to spread among some fan circles.

Akaza is albino. This is why he’s wearing glasses in one of the sketch dumps. However despite his pale skin, he still needs a lot of accent and body paint for his role in the movie.

Kyojuro and Akaza are close outside of the movie. Akaza actually moved in with the bros after they all became actors. He only becomes perky when he’s with the bros, else he seems rather reserved and introverted, unlike his twin brother Hakuji who’s introverted but isn’t afraid to make more connections. (which is why his brother is engaged; he’s too shy to find someone... or confess to that someone. Senjuro is trying to help him)

Senjuro is used to their antics. He’s actually the voice of reason in the group, while the two get a little too comfortable in each other’s company (sometimes they’re actual troublemakers as children, doesn’t look like it changed when they grew up)
