Finally, they had the hero trapped. A bittersweet moment for them, considering what they were planning to do.
“Any last words?” The question was really a courtesy thing. They needed Hero out of the way, them and their perfect hair, their perfect smile, their perfect everything. Villain couldn’t let their feelings get in their way, no matter how it would kill them inside. Emotions were the reason why science stopped. Why dominion was never acomplished. “Any questions, comments or concerns?”
“Yeah, one,” The hero drawled. “Are you always this hot? I don’t fully know what to say… I mean, normally you look good, but now you’re just… wow.”
Something close to unease crawled over the Villain. Were they… flirting with them? Why were they flirting with them? “That blush looks good on you too. Really compliments your eyes.” The hero in question threw a wink on at the end of their sentence, only making Villain’s blush grow. They turned their back on the hero.
As if that could hide what Hero already knew.
The villain sat, trying not to let old emotions come back to the surface. Surely Hero was playing at something… were they trying to play at their emotions so they would be released? Yes, that must have been what they were doing. There’s no way-
A pair arms wrapped around Villain’s neck, hot breath against the shell of their ear, shivers going all up and down their body. “Are you running away from me? I’m not scaring you, am I?” Villain didn’t dare move an inch, else another thing they did might give their true feelings away.
“N-No, I- How did you get out?” Think. Think. Use your brain, Villain!
“Don’t worry about that, dear. But trying to kill me? That was very bad of you. Perhaps a… punishment, would fix that behavior. What do you think?” The arms released, one finger trailing along their shoulder, upper arm, forearm, until Hero was standing in front of Villain, hovering just above them.
It’s a trap. Their mind screamed. No one would flirt with you, especially not Hero.
“What is it that you want?” The villain tried to calm their racing heart, take control of the blush that was far beyond controlling.
“I thought I made it clear. I want you.” And at that, the Villain’s brain slammed on the brakes, threw the clutch in reverse, and backed straight into a ditch. Villain watched the other wet their lips, hunger glinting in their breathtaking eyes. And it was enough to make them snap. They pulled Hero close, and it all happened so fast.
Science and dominion could wait for another day, it seemed.
