I've come to realize that my problem with some popular Arya (and by proxy, Lyanna) fancasts is that they would never be able to slip into anonymity the way Arya does. They're too immediately striking.

You should be able to look at Arya and believe that she could pass as anything from a peasant boy to a princess to a phantom to a courtesan, depending on what her situation called for. Arya is adaptable, moldable. Some of the actresses and models y'all love to fancast as Arya would never pass as an insignificant common boy, even filthy and with their hair shorn. They always look like a princess.
