I’m not sure, this is a tricky one. I mean, I’ve decided to not return to school this fall which might be the biggest risk I’ve ever taken for obvious reasons. I just felt like it wasn’t for me and decided to take some time off and get a job and just discover who I am and what I want.

WANEGBT:

Huh, good one because I mainly listen to songs between like the 2005-2016 range, I don’t really listen to songs nowadays unless a song is catchy or one of my fav artists put out a new album. The people I normally listen to are like P!nk, Avril, Ed Sheeran, or Dear Evan Hansen Soundtrack—stuff like that. But, and I don’t know if he’s still lesser known, but I like Chase Goehring from AGT. I pulled up his songs after and really liked them, so I listen to him. I’ve also listened to a few Bon Iver songs as well. (But usually my list is spread out, like I may listen to one song from that person or what not. I also tend to like more slow songs than fast if that makes sense.)

The Last Time:

It usually depends on what that person did, but for the most part I do believe in second chances. I think that if a person really wants to change they can and should be given a chance to prove they can. But, there is also only so many times you can forgive someone for the same mistake before you just can’t anymore. You eventually have to let that person go and realize you’ve given them the support and opportunity they needed to change, and they didn’t take it. If you don’t it may only hurt you more and you don’t need that in your life.

jay had just finished setting up the beach chairs, letting out a groan as he plopped down into one next to you. he turned to look at you, admiring the view of not only the waves crashing against the shore but of course, you. after a while, 4 boys, including jay had ran off somewhere on the beach and ni-ki and jungwon had stayed closer to you guys, building shapes in the sand. after a while, the rest scattered back to you, asking if you had any food. “ jay, didn’t you pack any?” you asked him, standing up from your chair while rummaging through the bags you both brought. “ yeah, there are some snacks in there” he said, running his hand through his hand before dusting off any excess sand from his hands. “ fruit!!” sunoo exclaimed, rushing up to you and in the process, kicking some sand onto you. “ ah sorry noona, i didn’t mean to!” he says, trying to brush the sand off your crossed legs and arms. “ it’s alright sunoo, don’t worry. come, just take some food each and start eating.” you said, placing a hand on sunoo’s back, giving him a comforting smile. he returned the smile and placed some food on his plate. you were watching then scramble to put food before jay snatched you away with a large pout. “ sunoo was totally flirting with you!”

“ this place is so cute..” you mumbled, smiling while looking around at the cafe. you haven’t been to this cafe before so to say that you were shocked with its cosy scenery is an understatement. sunghoon seemed to be just as impressed as you, he just hid it better. you could tell though. the way his eyes sparkled when he looked around and the faint curl on the corner of his lips. after a few short minutes of talking, you were interrupted by a voice, asking if the order he was holding was yours. sunghoon answered and the guy placed the drinks and a small muffin down for the both of you. however, his eyes remained on you while he was putting the drinks, causing him to spill your one by accident, staining part of your dress. you let out a small yelp from the coldness seeping through the cloth, causing the man to rapidly apologise. you waved it off and stood up to go and grab some napkins. after the whole mishap, you had made your way back to the table only to see that he had already gone off. when you had finally settled down, you looked over the table at sunghoon who had a clearly visible frown on his face. reaching over, you pressed down on is eyebrows in attempt to make his frown go away. it slightly faltered.. that was until he say the waiter come over and place down a new one of your drink and a large muffin. “ on the house” he said before walking away. sunghoon rolled his eye and stood up, grabbing your hand and walking out. “ we should've eaten at home. jay’s food is better. “

sunoo groaned, letting his head fall harshly onto the school desk. the small thud made you frown, making you turn your head to see what he it, and only when you saw his head on the table, did your expression soften. rubbing your hand up and down his back, you leaned down to place a small kiss on his cheek. he instantly shot his head u and stared at you with hearts in his eyes. “ i knew that would work” you said with a small smile, chuckling before ruffling his hair, earning a whine from him. the bell for the end of school rang out and everybody rushed out quickly, leaving you, sunoo and another boy alone in the class. lifting your hand off his back, you started packing your work up and helping sunoo after. sunoo stood up, entangling his hand with yours before stumbling towards the door. “y/n! hold on” the guy from in class said, rushing to make his way over to you and sunoo. “ are you busy? would you we able to go out for boba?” he asked you with a sheepish smlle. you turned to look at sunoo who didnt have a single look other than sass on his face. you brushed it off, nodding you head at him. “ yeah, im free. lets go?” you said. “ no, she’s busy.” sunoo said, glaring at him and pulling you towards him before walking away with you.

jungwon finished laying down the picnic mat as you sat down almost instantly. the seemingly dragged on for a long while and you and jungwon decided it would be nice to set up a picnic mat and watch the sunset together. butttt, the closest place you could go was a dog park. not that either of you were complaining! it just wasn’t the most practical place to have a romantic picnic.. you discarded your thoughts and stared at the pretty boy infront of you with a light pink hue across your cheeks. almost instantly, a large pressure was felt on your back, pushing you forward onto the mat. letting out a surprised yelp, you soon figured out that a dog was all over you. you tried to get it away while giggling and playing around with the dog. a figure. could be seen in the distance, running towards you and your boyfriend. “ byeol!! come here” he yelled towards the dog, letting out a huff of relief when he realised you weren’t angry. “ i’m so sorry about that..” he muttered to you, not even glancing at jungwon. you shook it off and nodded with a small smile. “ my dog must’ve taken a liking to you.” he said, running his hands through his hand while chuckling. “ i would too if i was a dog” jungwon spoke, trying to sounds intimidating but failing terrifically. the guy apologised and bowed once again before laughing awkwardly and walking away. way to go jungwon!

“ shhh ni-ki! we’re in public!” you giggled, clinging onto his hand before dragging him to a claw machine. the large arcade was brightly lighted by neon lights in all colours, reflecting off every surface. ni-ki had dragged you to an arcade because he felt as if school work had been overwhelming then both of you and decided to take a break. he was always so considerate with how you were feeling, and if you ever did feel sad, he would always make you forget about whatever it was in an instant. he placed a coin into the large machine and moved the claw around, aiming for a huge teddy. it would’ve had to be the same size as a 6 year old child. he stopped moving and took his hands off the joystick before getting a 360 view around the whole machine before pressing the release button. to your surprise, ( or not ) the claw picked up the bear and dropped it in the slot. a small clapping could be heard from behind you. knowing it wasn’t ni-ki as he was besides you, you turned around and met eyes with an undeniably handsome boy. he stopped clapping and bowed before congratulating you. “ i’ve gotten a teddy too! i was saving it for the prettiest girl i saw here so, here” he explained, handing to you while bowing. your bowed back while ni-ki watched from behind you with a small scoff. you turned to look at your boyfriend with a bright smile, only to be met by a small smile on his lips. he couldn’t deny, he loved your smile so he didn’t mind if somebody else make you happy.

Psst.. Sorry to bother you, but I saw your tags on that one queer culture post from awhile ago, and like I'm currently trying to learn about/am researching fencing!! I haven't been able to find much sadly, and I know like nothing about sabre, so I was wondering if you'd be fine with telling me about what it's like?? This has low-key become really interesting to me lately, and I'd love to hear stories from an actual fencer if your fine w/ that!! /gen /pos

ABSOLUTELY!!!! I could talk about fencing for HOURS!!! Not sure exactly what info you’re looking for but Im so glad you’re interested!

I’ve been fencing for about 3 years and have been fencing competitively for about 2 years. I started after my dad told me to pick a sport and I said either horseback riding, archery, or sword fighting, so he found a fencing club near us. This is just my opinions and experiences.

Ok so first things first: 3 types of fencing

1. Épée (which I began with, learning the sport, the simplest)

2. Foil (which I know barely anything about tbh)

3. Sabre (my pride and joy, my sport, my love, easily the best kind fight me)

Sabre can use both the edge of the blade and the tip (though mostly edge) anywhere from the waist up.

Fencing positions (advances, retreats, lunges, etc.) can feel really weird or awkward at first, but now I will stand almost in engarde position without realizing it.

Fencing is a bit more of an individual sport than most, but it still requires at least two people to work and you don’t want to just keep fencing the same person (I actually have a whole thing about how different benders from A:TLA work with different fencing styles and personalities if you’d like to see that).

Some of my experiences: there’s not too many girls until you get to the upper classes. Fencing is kind of a small world (at least two fencers from my fencing club are at the Olympics this week and our coach casually pulled out a Sabre from the 2016 rio Olympics at one point which was kind of insane). Manners are key. If you do not have proper manners and respect, you will be dismissed. One of the best fencers in my class was kicked out after they used the n-word.

Fencing, for all it’s armor and safety precautions, CAN still be dangerous. They’re still swords. There are accidents. Most of the time this means a bruise or cut, but there was one time when a blade broke mid-lunge as it went under a mask and cut someone’s throat. It was an accident and both the person hurt and the person whose blade broke were a bit traumatized by it. Impressively, the girl who was hurt is starting to fence again.

I’ve found that whenever I’m feeling really bad depression-wise, fencing can pull me out of it.

For me, fencing is about perseverance and dedication. It’s hard, but fun, and I have improved so much over the years. I love it.

Sure! I think it’s best step by step, some principles overlap with general practices

1. Clean thoroughly with water.

2. Prepare lots of lubricant at skin temperature.

Best practices for boynecologists differ here

1. Instead of standing, preferably have the patient prone on their tummy, with legs shoulder width apart spine and hip flexed to push their butt up in the air. Ask them not to wag tail (if applicable).

2. Spread the cheeks apart and apply lubricant gently with a finger on the anus. If plug present lubricate the outside and slowly rock the plug around to remove

3. Let the boi know you’re going inside and that there will be pressure. Using one hand push past the anus slowly then allow the cavity to envelop your finger. Then push using the bottom of the rectum as your guide until you feel the circular smooth bulge. Prostate sizes vary, increasing by age and are walnut sized ~2-4 cm across. Sweep across it to figure out it’s size. There may be meowing. This is normal.

4. If a sample is required, rub or press the prostate as needed and use your other hand to massage the penis shaft. Verbal encouragement and grabbing hair assists as well. Have a sterile sample opened and stimulate until ejaculation.

5. If there’s any difficulty locating the prostate, gently exit slowing as you hit the anus. Explain that you haven’t felt the prostate and will use a tool to assist. Extensively lubricate your shaft and glans. Grab both shoulders. Warn the patient and gently insert and very slowly push in. Begin probing back and forth and use the patients barks or meows to correlate if you are near the prostate. Adjust their hips and positioning as needed. Add lubricant as needed. If patient ejaculates, try to find a pulsation as the ejaculatory ducts feed into the prostate.

It’s a bit wordy to type out but this should help get you started.

Halo 2,3 ODST has a huge place in my heart where when I was growing up we would bring Xbox and 360 consoles and TVs together and play death match, CTF, SWAT rules, and we would have 6-10 people playing together in junior high and high school. We loved forge in Halo 3, we made Some of the best nights of of my life for sure. Most of my lifelong friends are from that circle. We’d also play Gears of War and other games but we called them “Halo Nights”. Of them maybe Halo 3 is the best overall with all it offers. Halo:CE campaign is the best. I remember being maybe 10-11 and playing Guilty spark 343 for the first time and scared so shitless doing so. The music and ambient tracks still scare me to this day like nothing else.

For individual gaming experiences, maybe Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic. Mass effect didn’t end well, and KOTORs system is quite aged, but if you are playing FEAR, and if you love good story based RPGs you would love that. Pillars of Eternity is incredible on that same vein. Loved STALKER, look forward to the new one. All amazing but for the above reasons has to be Halo. I’m gutted by what’s happened to my childhood game now but it’s not Bungie at the reins.

The funny thing is when I see what kids are often socially pushed into as gaming like Fortnite Valorant and the excessive advertising and gambling I feel like I came into the golden age of gaming as a young kid, so in many respects I’m quite fortunate. But now I think there’s a huge encyclopedia of games that you can look back on, that graphically have aged but their mechanics and storytelling ring pure to this day.

Do you have a favorite artist/band and/or album?

There's a caveat where a really traumatic past 4 years at medical school, not being able to study with music, letting my musician brother keep a drum kit and being too poor to afford earbuds right now mean I don't listen to music as much as most people. This reminds me to get on it and heal, but I'll be working 6-day 80-hour weeks for months on end so it won't be easy.

With that said, the first thing that comes to mind is Jack White. I bought the White Stripes album Elephant as a kid and his work with supergroups: Alison Mossheart in the Dead Weather, and with the Raconteurs and Alison Mossheart in the duo the Kills. Those are good recommendations for sure.

Now you have to tell me your artist/album/band/album and I promise I will listen :)

Tbh I think my “style” is defined more by what it isn’t than what it is…. U know that quote about jazz? When ppl say “it's not the notes you play, it's the notes you don't play.” That’s kind of how I do things lmao I eliminate/simplify whatever is difficult for me to draw or colour (eyes, noses, fingers…etc 😅) and whatever is left is the final product

So I rly enjoy when other ppl have a style they clearly put effort into creating bc it feels very cool and personal to see that 🤩

Drawing a sea is hard enough but making it frothy and stormy is even harder, but you managed it so well. I bet that took a lot of blood sweat and tears 😆.

Thanks for blessing us once again 😌. The first poto drawing you sent is also one of my favs. The expressions are indeed very vibrant!! I aspire to draw like you. You know, the colors you use in your art kinda remind me of the paintings by Adriaen van Utrecht (see pics below). While he mostly painted still lives, he also used vibrant colors, but in a way that they all blend together very well (like you.) Actually, your style's kinda like a unique modern baroque art style, and I love it!

I love your art too!! 🥺 AHH I think out of my Phantom art I like these the most, if I had to pick just one favourite it would probably be the first one in this list 😊 I like all of these for different reasons, the first two and the second to last because I like how expressive they turned out, the third, fourth and fifth because of the composition, the sixth because of the intricacy, the seventh and last because of the lighting, I think in all of these I missed the mark on some aspects but landed the one thing I was going for so I still like them 😆

But I think the art I'm the most proud of right now is the one I've made for my original characters so far!! Not for the art itself but because it's the first original story and art I've made so it feels special to me 😭
