Probably bad dnd character idea:

Tiefling who has a horrible at deception (not necessarily all charisma, just deception) because their tail is so expressive that everyone can tell what their actually feeling.

For example: they try to pretend they like an npc to get information but the npc just instantly knows cause the tiefling’s tail is down between its legs like an upset dog.

d&d campaign idea where the world is actually flat and I have npcs constantly warn the party that if they continue the quest they’ll “fall off” and “not to go too close to the edge” but none of the players belive me until the last session when they fall into the abyss at the end of the world

Bad RPG idea:

Players play a round or two of exquisite corpse. Everyone has to pick one of the drawings. That’s their character now.
