As cool as this Au is there's only one problem with it

We all know for a fact that if this was tadashi in this position and not baymax he wouldn't let Hiro do anything

That's not good for main character growth

I think about Tadashi in Baymax’s armor a lot and the “what if” scenario of if he was the one there protecting Hiro instead, with his motivation to fight simply being “well my brother is attached to my back so I guess I have to, also our stuff got stolen so there’s that too”

Protect Hiro at all costs, even if it means shoving him out of the way of a crumbling building and taking the fall yourself
