Rough lines before final adjustments and cleanup. I'm too excited not to share WIP's of this. Excited about the drawing itself but also the vague vibe-based cyberpunk au this Tobi lives in. He's in Amegakure of course, up to no good. My intention was to give him a huge flamethrower and I still might but it's a lot of work. He definitely owns a huge flamethrower though, even if it's not in the drawing. Oh, and his mask is a screen! His swirl is animated so it can spin faster and glow brighter if he gets excited. He could also let people use his face to watch like. funny cat videos? That could be a great way to lure people in real close so he can stab 'em in the guts while they're distracted. I don't know why he'd do that because there is no story or structure to this au yet but I mean, it's Tobi. He's a very good boy and he's fuckin unhinged <3
ANBU Kakashi in this universe has a huge sniper rifle, a sick cybernetic taser arm, a hound mask with bite and ears that can move and oh god all the tight shiny latex and chunky tactical gear because this au only exists for my personal enjoyment.

@kakashiweek 2024 day 2 - Habits
Kakashi can sleep alone, if he needs to. He doesn't want to though. His ninken knows this, even if he doesn't. Even though he'd never admit it, it's always better to be together. Sometimes they all sleep in in a big pile together but that's a lot of chakra to spend right before bed time so they save that for special occasions and nights of great need. Usually there's just one or two ninken over at a time.
Kakashi makes dinner for them sometimes, if they're lucky. There might also be baths and claw clipping if they're unlucky (Kakashi has a very secret claw-clip-schedule to make sure he doesn't forget anyone)
Every ninken sleepover includes tooth-brushing though. It's a process that involves lots of drool and encouragement. Kakashi encourages the ninken and they encourage him. This is a habit that can be traced back to a time when Sakumo asked Pakkun to make sure Kakashi brushed his teeth while he was away on missions. Kakashi would only agree to do what Pakkun said if Pakkun also got his teeth brushed and thus the ritual was born. Kakashi doesn't know about the origins of the mutual tooth-brushing habit. The request from Sakumo was a secret and Pakkun lets his human believe that the boy is the one taking care of the ninken while it's actually the ninken taking care of the boy. They're all in on it, whether they enjoy the brushing or not. Some hate it, some can't get enough (like Buru)
Either way, brushing teeth is much more fun when you've got someone to tell you you're a very good boy <3
