This is Tim Drake, aka Bat Kid
This Tim is happier than most of the others. He comes from the world of the Batman Death in the Family movie where yoh played as Jason and made those decisions.
He came from the route where jason picked to become red robin and took Tim under his wing once he changed his mind on th whole outlook of justice.
I gave him a better suit tho
