Okay but even better: in the miniseries Bev and Ben are literally making out on the stairs of the hospital (Mike’s run in with Bowers went a lot worse in the miniseries) and Eddie comes bounding out with his floppy fucking wet dream head of hair to share the good news that Mike is All Good. He sees them, pauses, thinks, “oh boy,” clears his throat SO LOUDLY AND AWKWARDLY, gives a quick update, and just bounces back inside again. He has NO TIME for their shenanigans.
