What's the best thing about writing on tumblr and what's the worst

The best thing would be the support. In real life I only have one person who I can show my writing to, so it’s encouraging when people like and comment and reblog and just everything. However, that goes hand in hand with the worst part: the notes. I’ve always told myself it doesn’t matter how many notes a poem gets, but after almost three years on tumblr, I find myself writing for the notes. I think that’s part of the reason why it’s hard for me to write.
