The Deville family is the main family I view of Spanish descent. Betty is Puerto Rican and half British, Howard is Afro Dominican making him Black African, Smeldy and Heldy are also Puerto Rican but from London, And lastly Phil and Lil are Afro Latino(So yes they are considered black too)
