My new goals are:

- start dating again (tired of meaningless ONS)
- Do a chin-up and 5 diamond pushups

Did Bulgarian split squat for the first time this week🤩 I loved it but omg my hammies are on fire 🔥🔥🔥
Did my first sets of back squats today with extra weight.

Ohnooo it finally happened. My transformation into a GymSis. I was actually upset that I didn't have a fitness appointment tomorrow bc I was super excited for upper body day (which is on Wednesday)
I'm also waiting on my paycheck to go buy some pre-workout and some new gym clothes🤩
