Some KobyMeppo and Bogard bonding

Bogard is reading out a riddle from a quiz card game Garp forced him, Koby, and Helmeppo to play together as a form of bonding. It reads, "This is something usually cut whenever placed on a table, but never eaten."

Koby and Helmeppo ponders the question for a bit before Helmeppo responds with a nonchalant "Is the answer 'a deck of cards'?" while Koby very enthusiastically answers over him, "A person in surgery!", perhaps too confidently.
