Day 2 of Mayshrooms ✨🍄✨ (technically it's tomorrow now but shhh) introducing oyster mushrooms! Very tasty but be careful because i found out that there's some tricky look-a-likes out there that are NOT edible 👀

Mayshroom day 20!! I've seen some varieties of this where the inside and outside is all white or the outside is brown, but I only saw one where the inside was a dark greyish colour so I decided on that one :) say hello to the earth star fungus!
Mayshroom 23!
Here's a fun and slightly creepy looking fungus; the Myrtle Orange ! This parasitic fungus is native to Australia (why are so many wild looking things from Australia??) It resembles grapes and it's reported to be pleasant-tasting with a jelly like consistency ✨
Yesterday's lovely fungus ✨ witches butter / Golden jelly! How would like like to spread this on your morning toast?
Mayshroom day 26! We are getting so close to the end of the month and the end of the Mayshrooms, but in the days to come there will be some exciting developments 👀 what are they planning...
Until then, enjoy today's friend! Sticking with the witchy theme from yesterday we have a witches cauldron! Very rare indeed 👀

Birds nest mushroom looks a lot like a bucket of beans...Or goblin stew. A very neat fungus indeed!

ALSO since we are coming near the end of the month, I am in the process of selecting which Mayshrooms will be made into prints!
🍄 I'm going to rework the boarder + remove the month and date but I will sign and number the print on the back (for example if you wanted todays mayshroom I'd sign the back and write "05/28")
🍄 I will be keeping the names of the Mayshrooms under the painting :)
🍄 The size will be 5"x7"

Hello hello! Yesterday I finished my last Mushroom for may 🍄✨ (I know there are 31 days but you'll see in a bit why I went with 30)
🍄 cremini mushrooms are probably the thing I eat most. Actually I think I eat them every day with dinner and they're soo versatile. I watched a YouTube video last night about a guy who photographs fungi and apparently in other parts of the world there's HUNDREDS of different mushrooms that people can just buy and eat??? Idk man I have like... 5 options depending on the store I go to. We need more mushrooms here 😅

Making notebooks!
Hello friends! I am in the process of designing some notebooks and would like your thoughts. I have two designs and will need to pick one of them to start with.

The notebooks will be 10"x7.5" with 48 pages of 70lb acid free gridded paper - perfect for note taking and/or drawing :)
