i will be writing out something for these prompts with my characters Boudicca and Freya. i might use the finished products in my story fearless thinking. i will also use other characters from that story
Encouraging Prompts
1. “If you give up now, your enemies will win. Do you want them to win? Do you want to give them the satisfaction?” “Are you suggesting I keep going…out of spite?” “Always worked for me.”
2. “The future I want seems so close, yet so far. I just wish I could reach out and grab it.” “I wish it were that easy too. But you’re getting closer every day—and I’ll be rooting for you, the whole time.”
3. “Hey, hey, don’t be so down. We can still do this.” “What if I don’t want to do this? What if…I never wanted this in the first place?” “Then, I’ll support whatever you choose, as long as you’re doing it for yourself.”
4. “I quit. I’m giving up. I can’t do it.” “Well I’m saddened to hear that, because I know how much you wanted this. If you don’t want to believe in yourself—fine. But I’ll always believe in you.”
5. “I can’t take it anymore. I fail at everything I do.” “Have you ever walked into a door after accidentally insulting a hiring manager during an important interview?” “…No?” “Well you’re at least doing better than me.”
6. “Promise me you’ll always be my friend?” “I’ll do you one better—I promise to always be your best friend.”
7. “Well, [Name] told me that I’m kidding myself. That I’ll never amount to anything. I know it isn’t true, but…why does it hurt me so much?” “[Name] is the one who won’t be amounting to anything, after I uppercut them into outer space.”
8. “I keep pushing myself to achieve all these things, but…I just want a simple life. I just want to spend time with you, and everyone else I care about.” “Then stop putting so much pressure on yourself. I’d clear my schedule any day of the week for you.”
9. “Is it ridiculous, [Name]? Am I just fooling myself into thinking that I’m special? That I can achieve these great things?” “You are special. I’ve seen the things you can do, and they’re amazing. If you can’t trust your own judgement, then trust mine.”
10. “I failed. You saw it. I tried my very hardest, and it meant nothing.” “So what? If the big revelation here is supposed to be that you’re not perfect, I already knew that. But I also know that you’re capable, and if you never pick yourself back up, you’ll never see what you can accomplish. There are people who need you, [Name]—I need you.”

Felt that this place needed more stuff. So here's a semi-old drawing of my Dark Heresy character Boudicca. She's supposed to have tattoos all the way down to her hands and some more rippling muscles.
Maybe I'll finish it some day. Maybe.
A bit more from Dark Heresy. I really enjoyed playing this character, Boudicca, because she had a really interesting story arc in her backstory. She begins her life as chieftain of her tribe on a lost barbarian world, the being betrayed by her priests in their grab for power and is offered as tribute/scapegoat to the Empire. Due to a processing error she's not publicly executed but instead sent to the goon squad and let loose on a whole new world which is as totally alien to her as the aliens she's meeting.
I used mostly aztec and keltic cultures for inspiration for her homeworld but also a lot of classic warhammer grit. Maybe I'll make her story into a comic one day, definetly miss playing her as a character.
