Bts Fic - Tumblr Posts

I'm suffering he can't be real

man, taehyung with curly hair hits different

I'll miss the curly black hair
I said in a recent post that I had a list of prompt ideas, and I would try to write some one shots when I can. However I thought lately that I would like to use them in an a fic, as I prefer the idea of an ongoing story :) If you hadnât already guessed, my bias is Taehyung, so my first fic is going to be a Taehyung x reader!
Hereâs a little preview from part 1, I hope youâre interested in reading and I canât wait to read your comments xx
Authorâs note - I donât speak Korean (Iâm trying to learn though!) so the boys will speak English in the story, but I will try and acknowledge any possible language barriers that would come up in this situation.
Also, I probably wonât delve too much into a backstory for Y/N, as the character is meant to fit the readerâs imagination, but of course they need to have a personality and story, so will add a little bit where I need to :)

Puppy Love (Taehyung x Reader) - PreviewÂ
I was sitting outside a cafe, sipping on a warm latte with my head in my phone, Kanna sitting nicely as always by my side.
Suddenly she started pinning and began furiously wagging her tail as a small black and brown dog appeared under our table. Neither dogs looked threatening towards each other, both seeming like they wanted to play.
âHey there little guy, where did you come fromâ I asked, holding out my hand to the small dog.
I looked up as a young man appeared in front of me. I immediately noticed how well dressed he was in a grey turtle neck, hidden under a large brown coat. As if it were some form of disguise, he removed his sunglasses and black facemask, bowing his head and frantically speaking in Korean.Â
âMianhajiman hangug-eoleul jal moshaeyo. Yeong-eo.â I smiled apologetically. (Iâm sorry, but I donât speak Korean well. English.)
The young man smiled in return âOh! I also speak a little Englishâ his accent immediately charming me. âI am so sorry about my dog! We were walking by and he must have been interested in your dog and he jumped out of my arms before I could even react! I hope we didnât startle you..â
âOh no no, itâs fine! Kanna is more than happy to make new friends, she is very goodâ I smiled, rubbing her back as she continued to sniff at the her new friend.
âKanna, what a sweet name. What type of dog is she?â
âSheâs a Japanese Akitaâ
âMay I?â He asked, holding his hand towards her.
âOf course! Sheâs very friendlyâ
As the young man knelt down to say hello to my dog I came to notice just how handsome he really was. His dark, wavy hair, fell around his face and framed his soft, yet masculine features. The way his ears showed from under his hair, multiple earrings catching the sunrays. His lips curving into a boxy smile that spread across his face, and the way his eyes scrunched as Kanna licked his caramel skin.
I only realised I was staring when he looked up at me laughing, and I was met with his dark brown eyes. I couldnât help but notice how kind they were.
I was snapped back into reality when his own dog yelped out playfully.
âYeontan, donât be rude!â They young man laughed, ruffling the fur of his small dog.
âAw hello Yeontanâ I cooed, allowing him to sniff my hand.
âHeâs a bit of an attention seeker. Especially around pretty girlsâ he laughed, and I couldnât help but notice he seemed more nervous.
I could feel the heat rising to my cheeks and immediately tried to change the subject. âHeâs a pomeranian?â
He nodded, before raising his eyebrows âhow rude of me, I havenât even asked your name!â
âIâm Y/Nâ I smiled.
The young man held out his large hand, his wrist decorated with simple bracelets and two small rings on his fingers.
âIâm Taehyungâ

I had grown up in the same place my whole life, and over time it felt less like a small, humble country town, and more like being sealed inside a giant wall. As I grew older, I knew that if I didnât leave that comfort and see the world, my life would stay exactly as it was.
It took me years, and even more courage, but the day finally came when I took that leap of faith (others might say ludicrous) and moved across the ocean to a new country where I knew nobody. Ensuring that I had a place to live, and a business to work in, I purchased a one-way ticket for myself South Korea, my best buddy(and dog), Kanna by my side. Thankfully, working for a large animal welfare company back home allowed me to apply for positions offered in other countries, South Korea included.Â
I went to see if I could set up my own life there. Something for myself.
                             ***
A month had gone by before I started to feel that this could be home. I had made friends in my apartment building, and the feeling of longing for my old town had settled.
I tried to make the most of my days off by getting out of my apartment and appreciating my new city.

His lips curving into a boxy smile that spread across his face, and the way his eyes scrunched as Kanna licked his caramel skin.

The young man held out his large hand, his wrist decorated with simple bracelets and two small rings on his fingers.
âIâm Taehyungâ
His hand was instantly warm to touch, and completely enveloped my own.
âYour accent? Is that Y/Country?â He asked.
âIt is!â I beamed âI actually just moved here about a month ago. New scenery, you know?â
Taehyung opened his mouth to answer, but something across the street had caught his eye, and I turned to see a group of people muttering among themselves in his direction, causing him to shift his weight uncomfortably.Â
He looked at the silver watch on his left wrist âAh! Iâm sorry, but I have to get going.â
A wave of sadness washed over me and I mentally slapped myself out of it - I hadnât known this guy for more than five minutes.
âThatâs okayâ I nodded âUm.. it was nice to meet you and Yeontanâ I gave his small dog a scratch under the chin as Taehyung scooped him up in his arm.
âMaybe we could meet up again..?â He quietly asked, quickly to add âIâm sure the dogs would love to have a proper play!â
âThat sounds really nice.â
I exchanged numbers with Taehyung, something I probably would never had done back home, and we said our goodbyes.
As I watched his tall figure walk away, I looked down to my dog and smiled, giving her a pat on the head and feeling very glad she was with me today.Â
And I could have sworn I heard him say âgood job, Tannie.â

*Buzz*
I ran over to my apartment intercom, pressing the speaker.
âY/N! Are you ready for dinner?â Taehyung announced through the machine.
âHi Taehyung! Iâll let you up.âÂ
I felt nervous around Taehyung before because he was a cute guy showing me affection, but now that I knew what a big name he was, my nerves skyrocketed as he approached my apartment. I just hoped he told me soon, because I hated the thought of keeping it from him that I knew.
He had messaged me a few days earlier to say the restaurant we were going to was quite prestigious, and suggested I should wear my best dress (it was a polite way of warning me that I wouldnât want to show up in the wrong dress code!) After many outfit crises, I went for a laced lilac bodycon dress, with a square shoe-string strap top. I also went to the extra effort to loosely curl my hair. I sat down to put on my sensible, but classy, heels and waited for Taehyung to arrive.Â
Even the knock at my door matched his cool demeanour. As I opened it, I was amazed by how many times this guy could wow me with his fashion. He wore black pants and black slip-on dress shoes with gold trimming. Tucked into his belt was a subtle floral button up shirt, and I didnât miss that the top button was undone.
âYou look.. stunningâ he exclaimed, as I noticed his eyes grazed up and down my figure, before quickly darting to my eyes as he smiled.
âIs it okay to wear?â I asked nervously trying to adjust the dress, unsure sure how to react.
âDefinitelyâ he confidently smirked, heat rushing to my face. âShall we head off then?â
I nodded happily, grabbing my coat from the couch and locking the door behind us.
                              ***
We made our way into the notably fancy restaurant, my arm linked around his. A smartly-dressed man bowed as we entered, as Taehyung announced reservations under his name. The man led us past an array of diners until I noticed we were near the back of the restaurant. He stopped us at a table located at a full length corner window showing a stunning view of Seoulâs lights at night, and trees strung with warm fairy lights. The table was lined with a few candles, highlighting a place card reading VIP Only.Â
After thanking the employee, Taehyung walked over to one of the chairs, pulling it out and gesturing me to sit. Before I did, he placed his hands on my shoulders and gently removed my coat. I couldnât help but notice his warm hands slightly brushing against my bare shoulders.
He smiled brightly as he sat down opposite me âare you comfortable?âÂ
âYes, thank you! Itâs a beautiful spotâ I said, looking out over the city.
A waiter appeared at our table, handing us each a menu and pouring us each a glass of wine. Taehyung prompted me to have a read of the menu. I must not have hidden my worried face after looking at the prices of each dish, because he was quick to comment. âMy shout, Y/N.â
âI donât expect you..â I argued, but he cut me off by shaking his head.
âItâs fine, I want toâ he smiled. âAlthough, I guess you are wondering how I can afford a place like this..â he began tracing around the bottom of his wine glass.Â
âWell..â
Taehyung looked up at me. I smiled guiltily, causing him to chuckle. âI thought you might figure it out.â
âI was curious about your music..â I said, laughing in defence.
âItâs fineâ Taehyung laughed âSo? Do you like it?â
I nodded frantically âyouâre incredibly talented! All of you.â
âThank youâ his boxy grin spreading across his face âyou probably know the story of BTS now?â
âIâd much rather hear it from you than a bunch of internet articlesâ I smiled, taking a sip of wine.
                             ***
âCan I ask you a question?â I said quietly, after hearing how Taehyung became such a successful idol. He simply nodded. âWhy me?â I asked.
Taehyung looked at me, ever so slightly tilting his head to the side, unsure of what I meant.
âI mean, why did you talk to me that day? And choose to take me out to a place like this?â
He shrugged his shoulders, but smiled sweetly âI donât know?â
Not really the answer I was wanting to hear..
âSorry! I donât mean that in a bad way! Itâs just.. there was something about you. The way you showed love to your dog, I could see how caring you are. And thatâs something Iâll always look for in a friend.â
I felt my heart drop into my stomach as that last word left Taehyungâs lips. I wanted to sink down into my chair and disappear, cursing myself for thinking he was actually interested in anything more. My eyes met Taehyungâs and he smiled, clearly unaware I was expecting him to say anything else.Â
âPlus it was refreshing meeting someone who didnât know who I wasâ he said lightly, before looking down at his food âsometimes itâs hard to know who is your friend because of you or because of your fame.â
I could see the sadness behind his eyes.
âThat is.. if you still want to be friends?â He continued. âI understand if this world is all a bit much.âÂ
I was quick to shake my head âof course I do Taehyung, youâre a good friend and Iâm glad I met youâ I smiled, trying to hide my disappointment. âPlus, I donât think Tannie and Kanna would be very happy!â I laughed, Taehyung agreeing as he laughed too.
âSo.. what about Taehyung away from BTS? How do you enjoy to spend your free time?â I asked, still wanting to know more about Taehyung the person, not the idol.
âI like photography. And artâ he smiled fondly. âI also like to learn the occasional instrument.â
âWow, you certainly keep yourself busy. What sort of photos do you take?â
âAnything really. I like to capture things I love. Whether thatâs scenery or people. I just really like having a snapshot of something beautiful.â He spoke so passionately, I could listen to him speak all day.
A main course, dessert and a whole bottle of wine later we decided it was time to call it a night.
âThank you for dinner, Taehyung. I had a wonderful timeâ I said as we got out of his car at the front of my apartment building.
âThank you for spending time with me tonightâ he smiled softly, pulling me in for hug. âLetâs catch up again soon.â
âIâd love thatâ I agreed, slightly disappointed to know that this hug was only one shared between friends.Â
But a friend I was happy to have.Â

Taehyungâs POV
âSo youâre really just going to stay friends?â Jimin asked.Â
Jimin, Yoongi and I were sat in our living area of our shared dorm, ignoring the television playing softly in the background as we talked over a drink. I had finally mustered up the courage to tell someone else about my past few days with Y/N, and how much I was falling for her.
I nodded âyou know what comes with being an idol.â
âThereâs a bit of a difference between dating around, and actually being in a proper relationshipâ Yoongi pointed out.
Jimin nodded at Yoongiâs comment âyouâre always saying how you plan to settle down one day-â
âJiminâ I cut in âI only just met her!â
âI knowâ he smiled âbut from what youâve told us she sounds perfect for you.â
I sighed.Â
âIt canât hurt to take things slow, and be friends firstâ Yoongi hummed âbut if you really like this girl I think you should go for it.â
Yoongi wasnât one to say much, but when he did it was insightful and came from the heart.
I nodded, taking a sip from the glass bottle âI guess I can see how things go.â I smiled to myself âsheâs really cool.â
âSo when can your best friend meet her?â Jimin asked excitedly.
âI wouldnât call that taking things slow, Jimin-ahâ I laughed.
Y/Nâs POV
It had been about 2 weeks since Taehyung took me out for dinner, his busy schedule meant that we were limited to conversing via text (and the occasional phone call). Â
I came to accept the flirting was just a part of his charming nature, and tried to suppress the ongoing feelings I had for him for the sake of our friendship, which had become much closer over the past few weeks.Â
I had just got home from work that evening and placed my bag on the table when I was startled from my thoughts by the sound of my phone ringing. My hopes that it was Taehyung was confirmed, when I saw his name lit up on the screen.Â
âHelloâ I cheerfully greeted, my tired mood instantly disappearing at the sound of his voice.
âHello, how was work?â He asked.
âNot bad, but Iâve been at a computer screen basically all day and Iâm so ready to pass out! How was rehearsal?â
âGood! I wonât keep you for long so you can get some restâ
âOh? Whatâs up?â I asked.
âWell, the boys and I are having a small party this Saturday night, just to catch up with some friends and have a bit of a break from everything. And Iâd love it if you could be there.. if your havenât already got plans of courseâ Taehyung said hopefully.
I was not expecting to be invited to a social gathering so early into our friendship. Or even at all. âReally? I mean, are you sure itâs okay for me to be there? I donât want to intr-â
âOf course! Itâs just at the dorm. And the other boys really want to meet you!â
âWell Iâd love to then!â
On the other end of the line, Taehyung made a sound that resembled some form of celebration, causing me to laugh!
âIâll text you the address, yeah?â he said. âOh and itâs nothing fancy so donât feel like you have to get dressed up or anything.â
âOkayâ I smiled through the phone.
âWeâll see you on Saturday! Bye Y/Nâ
âBye Taehyung.â
                              ***
2 days laterÂ
I pulled up at the address Taehyung had text me on Thursday night, and unlocked my phone to message him. He had told me to let him know when I was here, so he could let me up. Obviously their dorm security had to be tight.
I checked the time, 7:26. He said to come around 7, so I made sure not to arrive too early (as much as I was literally waiting around all day to see him).Â
Within a few seconds my phone dinged with his message, and I tried to think too much into his fast reply.
T: đ€đ come to the front door and Iâll let you in!
After a quick reply, I locked my car and made my way to the front of the house. Before I had managed to reach the door I heard a beeping sound followed by a click - what I assume would be their security - and the door swung open, greeting me with a signature boxy smile.Â
âY/N!â Taehyung exclaimed, immediately pulling me in for a tight hug, causing me to naturally inhale his scent. âIâm so glad you could make it, come on upâ
âIâm glad I could see you againâ I smiled, which he immediately returned.
âMe too. Thereâs not a heap of people - maybe around fifteen or so - so weâll definitely have time to catch upâ he smiled with his lips tight, cheeks instantly puffing up.Â
We walked up a flight of stairs and down a hallway, framed pictures of what I came to know were BTSâ albums.
âYouâve released so much musicâ I said, admiring the different albums.
Taehyung chuckled, scratching the back of his neck sheepishly âthe Korean music industry doesnât mess around.âÂ
I could hear muffled excitement coming from the other side of the door, only to escape when Taehyung pushed it open. I followed him inside to a room full of people mingling, most of them drink in hand. Their voices were only slightly louder than the booming music in the background.
âJimin!â Taehyung called out, as he pulled me through a sea of people.
âTaehyung, where did you get to?â a young man laughed back. I was astounded at how attractive, or rather beautiful, this man was.Â
âI was just making sure Y/N got inside okayâ he smiled towards me, almost causing me to miss his friend subtly raising his eyebrows at Tae.Â
âJimin, this is my friend Y/Nâ Jimin politely held out his hand to shake. âY/N, this Jimin.â
âY/N, itâs nice to finally meet you.â Jimin smiled as softly as his handshake.
âYou too!âÂ
I felt a hand gently rest against the small of my back, and turned to meet Taehyungâs wide eyes. âCan I get you something to drink?â He asked warmly.
âThat would be nice, thanksâ I smiled telling him what I would like. He nodded, insisting I stay as he went to get them.Â
I suddenly felt shy without him next to me.Â
âTaehyung has told us all so much about youâ Jimin spoke.
âOh godâ I laughed âI hope nothing badâ
âNot at all, he speaks very highly of you.â
I could feel my cheeks darken, and was thankful when what seemed to be another one of Taehyungâs friends interrupted the conversation.
âJungkook, this is Y/Nâ Jimin introduced.
âYouâre Taehyungâs friend, yes?â I nodded. âIâm Jungkookâ he said, flashing an adorable smile. Â
âItâs nice to finally meet you allâ I smiled back. âSo, you all live together in the dorm?â I asked, trying to make a good impression.
âOnly when we have a lot of rehearsing or work to do. During our off time we have our own apartmentsâ Jungkook replied as a hand slapped onto his shoulder.
âMm, itâs good when we can get a break from each other. Honestly, some of them can be so loud at timesâ
Jungkook and Jimin laughed, introducing another member, Yoongi. He had such a laid back, cool demenior, it was hard not to feel a little intimidated.
As if I had known, I turned to see Taehyung walking back over with two drinks in hand. I instantly smiled as I made eye contact with him. âI hope theyâre not annoying youâ he accused, placing the cold cup in my hand. I didnât fail to notice the way his hand brushed softly against mine, as if on purpose.
Yoongi placed his hand on his heart, over-dramatically looking hurt by his friendâs comment, only to result in Taehyung rolling his eyes.Â
âIâll introduce you to Jin, Hoseok and Namjoonâ he replied, dragging me away from his teasing friends.Â
                            ***
It was later into the evening, and I was sat on the couch socialising with Taehyung and his friends. Only having the basics of Korean, it was difficult to keep up with their fast paced conversations, but Taehyung ensured that he still included me in their conversations.
Sitting next to him on the couch I was fully aware of his thigh pressing against my own. Each movement he made shifted my attention to him and how his check pants brushed against the skin just below the hem of my dress.Â
âTaehyung?â I leaned in to him, speaking quietly.
âHmm?â
âUm.. whereâs the bathroom?â I asked.
âOh!â He laughed, pointing to the hallway. âJust down the end of the hallway on the right.â
âThanks, Iâll be backâ I said, making sure my dress sat perfectly as I stood up.
As I walked back from the bathroom, I noticed Hoseok cleaning up some of the neglected empty red cups and food stained plates left on the bench.
âNeed a hand?â I smiled, stacking those out of his reach.
âY/N!â He smiled with a giggle. âOh no, youâre a guest!â
âItâs okay, I like helping.â
He nodded with a smile, thanking me, before placing another stack of rubbish into a bin bag.Â
We chatted lightly amongst the two of us, until one comment caught me off guard.
âSo you and Taehyung, huh?â he said so casually, causing me to knock over the plastic cups I was cleaning up, earning a laugh from him.
I laughed nervously. âOh weâre just friendsâ I smiled, feeling my cheeks begin to burn.
Hoseok cocked his eyebrows up, nodding âfriends donât look at each like that..â
I stared at him.
âIâve noticed the both of you all night, neither of you are exactly subtleâ he laughed.Â
âI.. well..â I was lost for what to say to him, especially only knowing him for a few hours.
But Hoseok just smiled emphatically âIâm sorry if I embarrassed you.â
âOh, no. Itâs fine! You.. you just caught me off guard a littleâ I laughed, probably a bit too forceful.
âYouâre cool, Y/N. Just know that Iâm rooting for you bothâ he winked.Â
Iâm envious of people who create fan art cause they can actually show it to their faves. Itâs hard when writing is your form of creativity.
âHere bts, spend hours reading this full au story Iâve written about youâ

Taehyungâs POV
Waking up, post party, in a dorm with six other boys wasnât my favourite thing in the world. At least half of us would be hungover and spend the morning moping around. Then there was the dreaded task of cleaning the mess of the kitchen and living area. Half empty cups and packets of food would be left lying around, even if Hoseok did his best to tidy the night before.
Thankfully I woke up feeling okay this morning, praising myself for being too distracted to drink too much, even if that distraction was Y/N. At the thought of her I grabbed my phone of my bedside table to check the time (10:12 am), She hadnât messaged since we text our tipsy good nights, so I sent her a quick text to tell her good morning, hitting send as my stomach rumbled. I reluctantly rolled out of my warm bed, throwing an oversized tshirt over my head and ruffling my hair out of my eyes.
As I stumbled into the kitchen, I was surprised to see the other members already up. They definitely drank more than me last night.Â
âLook whoâs up!â Hoseok chimed as he sat at the kitchen bench. âYoongi even beat you!â he laughed. Yoongi just groaned, rolling his eyes as he cradled his cup of coffee.
âAh, Taehyungâ Jin questioned, hovering over a hot pan. âHow was your night?â He raised his eyebrows, a smile spread across his face.
âHmm?â I replied, although I was sure I knew what he was teasing about.
âY/N?â Namjoon smiled.
âOhâ I said, joining them at the bench.Â
Jin put a plate of cooked food in front of me. âWell..? Did anything happen?â He asked.
âDid you kiss her?!â Jungkook asked excitedly, and I chucked at how young he was sometimes.
âNo.â I series of whatâs and why notâs chimed around me âI told you guys, weâre just friendsâ I said nonchalantly.Â
âThat is so crap, Kim Taehyungâ Hoseok announced, causing all the boys to look at him, including myself. âNeither of you could keep your eyes off each other all night.â
I blinked at my older friend.
âHeâs right Taehyung. We can all see that you like her, and itâs pretty obvious she likes you tooâ Namjoon said.
I moved the food around my plate feeling embarrassed. âI donât want her to have to go through all the craziness of my life..â
âDonât you think she should make that decision?â Yoongi spoke. âPeople are going to talk about her if sheâs your friend anyway.â
âAnd you can just be private about itâ Jimin added.
âWhy are you all so invested in my love lifeâ I questioned, slightly amused.Â
âBecause youâre our friendâ Jimin smiled.
âAnd sometimes you need a little pushâ Jin said.
âJust talk to her Taehyung. Like Yoongi said, she might be okay with itâ Hoseok added.
âOkay, okay!â I whined, feeling embarrassed at the unwanted attention, and focusing on my breakfast. However, I didnât miss my friends smiling at each other, causing just a small smile to appear on my face at the thought of what could come from this.
                              ***
Y/Nâs POV
It had been a couple of days since the party, and Hoseokâs words kept playing in my head.
Friends donât look at each other like that.
Yet Taehyung had been pretty clear about being friends, and now that I knew who he was, I was sure he would never go for someone like me. I looked down at my dog, scratching behind her ears.Â
âYouâre lucky, you know that? You donât have to worry about feelings, or reading things wrongâ I sighed.
As if he knew I was talking about him, my phone buzzed and Taehyungâs name lit up my screen.
T: Hey Y/N. Are you busy? Do you mind if I come by?
I had come to discover Taehyung could be blunt at times, but something felt off about his message.
Y/N: Not at all! đ
T: Have you had dinner?
Y/N: I was just about to start it.. did you want me to make you some?
T: Good. Iâm bringing takeaway. Iâll see you soon x
I buzzed him in not even half an hour later, holding two bags of warm rice and noodles.
âHeyâ he smiled. He looked tired.
âHey, come inâ I said taking the food from his hands as he released me from his embrace.
Kanna came bounding to the door when she realised it was him.
âHey baby!â He said, kneeling down to give her attention. She followed him into the lounge room, and laid down next to him as we both sat around the coffee table to eat.
âIs everything okay, Tae?â I asked, once we had both finished eating, the tv playing softly in the background. I was apprehensive about what his answer would be.
He sighed, making a bad feeling rise in my stomach. He must have noticed, because he quickly shook his head âyou havenât done anything wrong, jagi!â
My cheeks blushed at what he called me, but I smiled with relief âis there anything I can do..?â
Taehyung looked down at his hands, his nails suddenly seemed interesting as he picked at them.
âIâm a little shyâ he muttered. His statement making me want to snuggle him in my arms and protect him from the world. He looked up, his dark yet kind eyes staring into my own. âbut I need to tell you that I like you Y/N. A lot. I have since we first met.â
I could have sworn my heart stopped when he said those words. Sure, we flirted, and I liked him too, but itâs something different entirely, hearing the words you only hoped for. I was building up the courage to match his bold confession, when he spoke again.
âItâs driving me crazy being friends with you.. I.. I want you to be my girlfriendâ he struggled with what to say âbut I need you to know what youâre singing up for.â A sadness appeared across his eyes.
I simply smiled, encouraging him to continue.
âBeing an idol.. our schedules are crazy and weâre constantly travelling, living out of hotels for months at a time. I hardly see my family and friends. And we have to match a certain image. Technically weâre not even allowed to date..â he frantically spoke, perfect eyebrows harsh in frustration.
I felt sorry for him. I could only imagine how it felt to be restricted from so many simple things in life. He told me how much he loved his job and how happy performing made him, but it would certainly take itâs toll from time to time.
âPlease donât feel pressured. I will completely understand if you donât want to be involved in that kind of life..â
I could feel my heart pounding against my chest as I opened my mouth to speak. âTaehyung..â he looked up at me with those big, innocent eyes âI like you too, and I did before I knew who you were.â
Taehyung stared blankly at me before a shy smile took over. âReally?â He asked.
âYes, reallyâ I giggled.
He shuffled closer to where I was sitting on the floor, and gently lifted my hand into his own. âAh! You have no idea how happy I feel hearing thatâ he smiled, giggling.
I was extremely aware of how close he was to me now. His dark, innocent, eyes darted between my own, as I noticed how unique his eye lids were and the way he slowly blinked. I admired the little freckle on his nose, and the ones under his eye and lip, looking as if they were perfectly placed on his honey skin. I had never denied how attractive this man was, but this was the first time I had fully grasped just how beautiful he was.
âWhat?â He asked, snapping me from daydreaming about his face.
âNothingâ I blushed.
Taehyung just smiled, bringing his other hand to the side of my face and brushing loose strands of hair to the side with this thumb. âYouâre so beautiful, jagiyaâ He said.
Taehyung started moving closer to me, his eyes firmly set on my lips before fluttering shut. Following his lead, I softly closed mine, as I felt his gentle lips pressed against my own. And the kiss was just that, so gentle. There was no hunger or dominance, but innocence. I could faintly taste the sweet strawberry drink he had with dinner as it lingered on his lips. He lightly squeezed my hand in his own, and I let out a giggle against his lips, causing Taehyung to do the same. I shyly looked up into his eyes, both our cheeks flushed pink.
âIâve wanted to do that since we were at the parkâ he smiled.
âIâm glad you finally didâ I replied, giddy.
âSo.. is that a yes?â Taehyung asked, cocking his eyebrows.
âOf courseâ I smiled, rolling me eyes as if it wasnât already obvious.
He beamed his boxy smile as his thumb rubbed my hand in his own âand donât feel pressured about the media or fans, we can keep this private for as long as you wish. Okay?â He smiled reassuringly. I nodded.
Taehyung and I sat on the couch talking, well into the late hours of the night. I wasnât sure how long for. The last thing I remember was the sound of his heartbeat as we both drifted off to sleep on the couch. Happy, that we were no longer friends.
Taehyungâs POV
It was only when I woke up to a crook in my neck that I realised Y/N and I had fallen asleep on her couch. I rubbed the weariness from my eyes and looked down to see her peacefully pressed against my chest. It wasnât long before she herself stirred, eyes still half-closed as she looked up at me.
âGood morningâ I smiled.
âTaehyung? Did we really fall asleep on the couchâ she laughed, pulling the throw covering the both of us up to her chin for warmth.
âI donât even remember when we stopped talkingâ I chuckled.
Suddenly my phone rang as it sat on the coffee table, startling the both of us. âHello?â
âTaehyung!â Namjoon spoke on the other end of the line âwhere are you?â
I froze, remembering the meeting we had all planned for this morning to discuss ideas for the next album. I cursed in Korean âNamjoon-hyung, Iâm sorry! I totally forgot Iâll be there soon! Okay.. bye.â
âWhatâs wrongâ Y/N asked once Iâd hung up, sitting up.
âAh, Iâm supposed to be at a meeting with the boys right now. Iâm sorry to just run off like this.â
âShit.. Iâm sorry!â She said, almost jumping from the couch. I immediately noticed the absence of her warmth, annoyed that I couldnât pull her back in.
As I stood up from the couch and began gathering my things, Y/N returned from the kitchen handing me a banana and muesli bar. âYou donât have time for me to properly make you something, but you need to eat breakfast.â She said sweetly.
Without hesitation, I pressed a kiss firmly against her lips. âIâm glad I can do that whenever nowâ I smiled shyly.
âNo complaints from meâ she smiled. âNow go! Before you make yourself even later!â
***
I walked into the lounge of the dorm, thankfully the meeting was just a causal one between the members.
âAh! Nice of you to show upâ Jin laughed.
âIâm sorryâ I announced.
âWhere were you so early in the morning? Or did you even come home last nightâ Hoseok asked.
âWell.. no. I.. um.. went over to Y/Nâs last night.â Eyebrows were raised in response. âAnd we ended up falling asleep on the couch.â
Their response was expected, loud and obnoxious, teasing their younger brother about what they thought had happened.
âDoes that mean you two are a thing now?â Jungkook asked, grinning. I nodded shyly, unable to hide my smile.
âAaaaand..â Jin beamed.
âWe just stayed up late talking and ended up falling asleep?â I said blankly.
âSo you didnât-â
âNo, hyung we didnâtâ I replied. âNot that I would tell you if we didâ I smirked.
âHey! I thought we were like brothersâ Jin laughed, only to be shoved away by Namjoon.
âWeâre all really happy for you, Taehyungâ Jimin beamed.
My heart fluttered, thinking of the previous night. âIâm really happy. She understands meâ I ruffled the back of my unbrushed hair awkwardly. âIâve never had such a connection with someone, aside from you guys.â
âAs beautiful as all this is, weâve got a heap of work to do, so can we..â Yoongi whined, gesturing to the table full of notes, earning agreement from the rest of the members.
But as I sat down next to him, Yoongi nudged me in the side, a half smile spread across his face as he nodded at me happily.
Are us creative people ever happy with our pieces of work, or is it a constant cycle of procrastination, hating what weâve written, and then finally publishing đ
I just re-read my Puppy Love  fic (I havenât written any of it in about a year) and I actually miss the story. Taking a break and looking back made me realise how proud I am of that work. Maybe I need to come back to it soon?Â
re-reading has also led me to Taehyung feels hour.
Hello! Iâve finally logged back on to my writing blog! Iâm sorry to have abandoned Puppy Love like that - Iâve still been thinking of concepts for it, and have a few chapters drafted up, but I just needed a break from fic reading and writing for a bit for my own mental health (but Iâve definitely missed it).
I probably wonât have a chance to post much until August, as Iâm finishing my final uni assignment this month (yay!) so after that I will have more spare time to write!
Once again, thank you to everyone who has read my work so far đ„° I hope you have all been well, and that I can give you a lot more content soon đ

It was late morning when Taehyung unexpectedly turned up at my door. He was casually dressed in black skinny jeans and a dark green knitted sweater.Â
âTae? What are you doing here?â I asked.
âNow, is that anyway to greet your boyfriendâ he pouted at me. It had only been a few days since we had last seen each other and started dating, his comment causing a wave of happiness to course through me.
I walked into his open embrace, leaning back as he pressed a quick kiss to my lips. He loved to relay affection in anyway that he could.Â
âBetterâ he smiled. âAnd to answer your question, Iâm here because I owe you a real date.â
I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion at him, recalling our time in the park and the fancy (and majorly expensive) restaurant.Â
âTechnically those other times were outings as friends, I wouldnât classify them as an actual dateâ Taehyung continued.Â
âOh?â I asked, smiling âand what constitutes a date with Kim Taehyung?â
âYouâll just have to wait until we get thereâ he smirked. His spontaneity just one of the reasons I fell for him. Taehyung sat down on the couch as Kanna hopped up next to him for a pet âhurry and get changed!â
*
As Taehyung drove, the large buildings of Seoul and multiple lanes of traffic eventually changed to open fields and country roads, and as much as I pleaded he would not give me any hints of where we were going.Â
Taehyungâs deep voice was quietly humming along to his current playlist, when a worry crossed my mind. âIs it even okay for us to be out in public like this?â I asked, suddenly more aware of his hand softly holding my own. Itâs not like we hadnât been out together in public before, but half of those times I wasnât aware of how famous he really was, nor were we actually dating.
âItâs fineâ he smiled. âthe- ah- this place is owned by a family friend. And theyâre usually closed today, so we have the place to ourselves.â
After some time, Taehyung slowed his driving, pulling into the driveway of what appeared to be some kind of farm, or ranch?
âWhat are we doing here?â I queried, a smile on my face at the thought of possibly spending the day with farm animals.
âHave you gone horse riding before?â Taehyung asked.
âOnly a few times..â I admitted excitedly.
âI happen to really enjoy it. And because you like animals just as much as me, well more actually! I thought you might tooâ he laughed.Â
Getting out of the car I was immediately hit with the clear, country air, something I missed since moving to the city. I breathed in, taking in the fresh smell, mixed with hay, mowed grass and animal. The subtle quietness of the place comforted me, reminding me of home, where the only disturbance was chickens clucking in a barn in the distance, or the occasional horse or cow.
Taehyung smiled as he walked up next to me, nodding his head to follow him.Â
âI feel so at homeâ I said, practically bouncing at his side with excitedness.
âMmm. I know what you mean. Itâs so peaceful out here, it reminds me of being a young boy again.â
âAh! Taehyung!â An older man, between maybe 40 or 50 made his way out of the front of an old looking house.
âAh, Hyun-taeâ Taehyung replied, respectfully bowing his head to whom I presumed was the family friend he was talking about. The older man stated conversing in Korean, to which I picked up how it was âgood to see you againâ.
Taehyung nodded before introducing me, placing his hand on my lower back. I bowed my head to his family friend, politely greeting him as he did the same, a smile never leaving his face. He then turned to Taehyung, as he patted him on the back, "Geunyeoneun aju yeppeuda! Jal haess-eoyo!"
I looked to Taehyung, waiting for him to translate, but he just shook his head looking embarrassed. "Ah! Never mind.. Hyun-tae will show us where the riding equipment is."
*Â
Both slipping on riding boots and a helmet, I followed Taehyung into the barn, immediately greeted with the sound of neighing and hooves against the hard ground.Â
âHelloâ I chimed to the first horse on my left. The animal stuck its chestnut head over the wooden gate, sniffing my shoulder. I reached up and stroked the side of itâs head. âArenât you just gorgeousâ I smiled.Â
Taehyung ran his hand over the white stripe down the horses nose, a kind smile evident both on his soft lips and big eyes.Â
âIs there a certain horse weâre taking out today?â I asked, looking over the five or so horses in their stalls.
âHyun-tae said the ones in these stables are all good to go for a ride. And youâve seemed to take a liking to this guy, so should we take him out?â Taehyung laughed.
The chestnut horse whinnied, stamping his feet, seemingly excited a going for a ride.
âI think thatâs a yesâ I laughed, scratching behind the horses ears.
*
After tacking up the horse, I followed Taehyung as he led him outside. We learnt that our new friendâs name was Jeong, which Taehyung explained to me translated from Korean to quiet or gentle.Â
âThatâs beautifulâ I said.
Taehyung nodded âWith his temperament, I think it fits him perfectlyâ
And you as well, I thought to myself, watching how Taehyung gently interacted with the horse.Â
âThereâs a really nice trail that goes down to overlook the lake, I thought that might be niceâ Taehyung said, adjusting the saddle.
âI like the sound of thatâ I smiled.
Taehyung put his foot in the stirrups, swinging his leg onto the horses back. âOkay Y/N, let me show you how itâs doneâ cocking his eyebrows and showing me that cheeky grin. He reached his hand out helping me up to sit behind him. I was instantly aware and suddenly nervous about how close our bodies were touching. My thighs easily rested against his, and there was little gap between my hips and his. Taehyungâs arms reached behind him, grapping my own and wrapping them around his waist.Â
âWe donât want you falling offâ he said blankly before turning to look at me over his shoulder âyou ready to go.â
âLetâs goâ I smiled in return.Â
Taehyung pulled on the reins, nudging his heel gently into the Jeongâs side causing the horse to start moving. My arms instinctively tightened around Taehyungâs waist, unaware until now of how much the horse's movements would naturally make both our bodies move together.Â
One thing I had learnt about Taehyung since meeting him was how comfortable silence made him, never feeling the need to fill it if he had nothing to say. The two of us were enveloped in the sounds of Jeongâs hooves, birds and insects inhabiting the trees, and a running creek in the distance. I guessed it was a good half an hour before Taehyung pointed out a clearing, revealing the afternoon sun reflecting over the beautiful body of water.
He pulled Jeong to a halt, hopping off the horse. Taehyung grabbed ahold of my waist, supporting me as I swung my leg over and jumped on to the ground. Free from the weight of us both, Jeong immediately walked over to a grassy patch and began to graze.
âShall we sit here for a little?â Taehyung asked, reaching his hand towards my own and intertwining our fingers together.Â
âThat looks like a nice spot over thereâ I pointed towards a patch of grass under the shade of a large ash tree. As we sat down, Taehyung unzipped his bag, and took a drink from his water bottle before handing it to me. I drank the refreshing water and watched as he pulled out a container of freshly cut watermelon, and chocolate coated strawberries.
âWow, youâre so organisedâ I laughed, taking a strawberry. âYou took me by surprise this morning that I didnât even think of bringing food.â
âAre you glad you came?â Taehyung asked.
âVery much. Definitely my favourite day spent with you to dateâ I smiled.
âMe too. So farâ he smiled back.
Minutes of comfortable silence passed before I spoke. âHey, Tae?â
âMmmmâ
"Can I ask you something?" He looked towards me with his large brown eyes, urging me to continue. âWhatâs your dream?âÂ
âFor the band?â he asked.
I shook my head. âFor yourself. Away from BTS.â
Taehyung looked out towards the water. I noticed how his brows would slightly fuse together whenever he was thinking deeply. âI guess Iâve always wanted to be like my dad. To be a good father and husband like him. When the day comes when all this comes to an end, I just look forward to settling down and having my own familyâ He said shyly, but proud. âIâd love to buy a property out in the country, just like out here, and have a small farm. That would be nice..â
âReally?â I asked.
âYeah, Iâve always dreamt of something like that. Why? Is it silly?â
âOh no!â I smiled âItâs just.. I wasnât expecting you to say that.â
âWhatâs yours then?â Taehyung asked, amused.
âUm.. mine is actually the same.â
âReally?â he queried.
I nodded âIâve always wanted to have a small farm, with lots of animals. And to settle down and raise a family.â
Taehyung chuckled âwho would have thought we would have the same dream. Itâs like we were meant to meetâ he said nonchalantly.Â
I really was starting to fall for the dark-haired man sat beside me. Dare I even think it, I think I was falling in love.
Time was passing by quickly, but the two of us sat unnoticed watching the setting sun reflecting off the water, talking and laughing together.
"Did I tell you that I have a few days off work in a few weeks?"
"That's great" I smiled. "Are you going to go home and see your family?"
âCome stay at my apartment for a couple of nightsâ Taehyung suddenly said.
"What?" I laughed, before realising he was being serious. "Really?"
"I'm serious. I thought maybe we could have a relaxing few days.. watch anime and play video games together?" Something we had already bonded over a shared love for.
I immediately wanted to reply yes, before I realised. âI canât leave Kanna for that long..â
âBring herâ Taehyung said. âTan would love to have a playmate for a couple of days."
"I'm sure she would love that too."
"So that's a yes?" he beamed.
"How could I say no to anime and video games?" I laughed.
"And morning sleep in cuddles" he said, causing me to blush.
I stood up, brushing the loose grass from my jeans and reaching my hand out to Taehyung. "Come one, we should head back before it get's too dark." I said, pulling him up off the ground.
Refusing to let go of my hand, Taehyung whistled to get Jeong's attention. "Do you want to have a go at steering him this time?"
"Okay!" I put my foot into the stirrup as Taehyung lifted me up onto the horse, before climbing up himself. He placed his arms around me and grabbed a hold of my hands talking me through how to steer Jeong. A small heel tap on the horse's side and we started making our way back to the farm.
If I thought sitting behind Taehyung had me sweating, I didn't think about him sitting behind me. His large arms were still around my body, resting his hands just above mine on the reins. The movement of Jeong walking along the track caused our hips to rock forward in the saddle. With each step the horse took, I was very aware of Taehyung's manhood pressing against me. If he noticed as well, he didn't show it. I tried to focus my nervous mind on anything but the feeling of my new boyfriend's anatomy.
Just over half an hour later and we arrived back at the farm, leading Jeong back to his stables. Taehyung was about to dismount when I turned to him, pressing my lips softly against his. He complied, smiling into the kiss, and I could still taste the remnants of fruit and chocolate on his mouth.
"What was that for?" he asked smiling, his cheeks darkened.
"For such a beautiful date" I replied, a little shy from my sudden forwardness of affection.
"I'm glad you enjoyed it" he said, stealing one more kiss.
The sky began to welcome the night as we drove back to Seoul, myself looking through the photos we had taken to remember such a beautiful day. I smiled to myself as I set a photo of the two of us as my phone lockscreen. With still a long drive a head, I felt my eyes getting heavy, tired from a long day outdoors. I soon drifted off without realising, listening to Taehyung's low tones singing along to the soft music playing.

chapter song: Nothing - Bruno Major https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ucRVDoFkcxc

After imputing the code that Taehyung gave me to his apartment building's security system, I rolled my suitcase into the elevator, Kana pulling on her lead insistent on taking in all the new smells.
I tapped my knuckles on the dark wooden door of my boyfriend's home, my tummy fluttering from the mixture of nerves and excitement he still caused when I was around him. Loud footsteps hurriedly approached the door, followed by the light paws of Yeontan.
A series of beeps chimed and the door swung open, revealing Taehyung's handsome bare face. His hair was fluffy, as if he had yet to style it since getting up. He wore baggy black pants and an oversized white shirt, and I immediately wanted to snuggle into his chest. Before I could say anything, Taehyung knelt down to greet Kana, giggling as she licked at his face.
âNice to see you tooâ I pouted, jokingly. Yeontan immediately ran up to me, pawing at my legs, and I knelt down to pick him up. Taehyung and I clearly knew our priorities.
âHe must really like youâ he said. âHeâs never chosen anyone over meâ. I couldn't blame him.
I put the tiny dog back down, only to stand up straight and be met with Taehyung's face only inches from mine, a soft smile on his face.
"Hi" he whispered.
"Hi" I replied, heat rising to my face. Just when I thought he was about to kiss me, he picked up my suitcase to carry inside, grasping onto my hand in the process. This boy always kept me on my toes!
The door shut behind us beeping to signal his security, as Taehyung led us into his main living area. Before I even had a chance to take in his luxurious apartment, I felt his hand wrap around my lower back and pull me into his body. His lips pressed against my own. I closed my eyes, moving my hands that were quickly pressed against his chest to wrap softly around his neck.
Just as my lips began to melt into his, our moment was cut short by the sound of both our dogs barking, and I turned to see the two of them running around the house in excitement. I giggled at how cute they were, expecting to see Taehyung doing the same, but when I turned back to him I was met with his relaxed eyes still looking at me, that same soft smile on his face.
"I've missed you" he said.
"I've missed you too" I smiled in return.
"Would you like a tour?" he asked.
"Yes, please!"
Taehyung's apartment was everything I would expect from a high profile k-pop star, but still had all the charm and uniqueness of him.
A small hallway led into an open space living area, with a white marble kitchen complete with dark accents connecting to a cozy lounge area containing two large dark couches and an even bigger wide screen tv. Sophisticated dining table separating the two.
I walked towards a set of dark french doors that led out to a glass balcony overlooking Seoul. A sea of buildings spread out in front of me, and I could only imagine how beautiful it looked lit up at night time.
"You can come put your stuff in my room" Taehyung said, picking up my suitcase once again. He led me down the hallway showing me his office and pointing out (one) of the bathrooms, before walking me up the stairs.
Taehyung's bedroom reflected him perfectly. A floor to ceiling window stretched across one of the walls, covered by a sheer, soft white curtain. While his bedroom was minimal, quirky pieces of art were placed around the room, and expensive jewelry and clothing could be seen in his ajarred wardrobe. A white king size bed centered the room, and I could only imagine how small he looked sleeping in it. And it might have been because of the giant mirror, but the ensuite was bigger than my own bathroom, with both a shower and bath.
I turned back to see Taehyung sitting down on the bed (I was right, it did make him look tiny).
"Your place is.. incredible" I gaped.
Taehyung rubbed the back of his head, looking embarrassed. "Ah, thank you. As a kid, I never even imagined of living in a place like this."
"Well you've worked hard for it. I admire that."
Taehyung looked up at me and smiled, seeming to appreciate my comment. "Shall we order takeaway and play some video games?" There was the laid back boy I knew.
"Sounds perfect" I smiled.
While waiting for our takeaway to arrive, I set up a game of Mario Kart on Taehyungâs tv.
âOh youâre just asking to be beaten arenât youâ Taehyung said, placing two glasses of wine on the coffee table.
âHa, you wish! Iâve been playing this since before I was in schoolâ I challenged.
After a few races in, a mixture of swearing and yelling from the both of us, I managed to sneak a look across at my determined boyfriend. His brows were furrowed together, while the tip of his tongue rested between his parted lips as he concentrated. I had never felt so content and comfortable as I did in this exact moment.
I was quick to be taken away from my day dream, as Taehyung yelled in victory - a change from the pouty face he would give me when he lost lost several times, insisting that he was being a gentlemen and letting me win. I couldnât but laugh at how excited he was, like a little kid.
âAlright, Iâll admit youâre the better Mario kart playerâ Taehyung sighed as I raised my hands in victory. âBut I wonât lose to you in this oneâ he smiled, holding up a battle Royale shooter.
âWeâll see then!â I didnât stand a chance.
*
It might have been the little bit of confidence that the red wine had given me, when I turned to Taehyung and said âTruth or dare?â
He looked at me, slightly confused âhuh?â
âTruth or dare? Oh, do you not play there here? Um, you have to answer any question, which is usually something personal. Or you can choose to do something the other person says... I guess like..â I was struggling to try and explain.
âOh! Yes! We played something similar. Sounds fun!" he replied. We asked each other the usual questions; most embarrassing moment, first crush, the usual. On his next question Taehyung thought for a moment, before asking "would you still have gone out with me if I wasn't who I was?"
"You're kidding right?" His silence told me he was not. I had never realised that he had this insecurity. "Of course, Tae. You're the best thing that has happened to me since moving here" I said shyly.
I looked up to see him smiling softly at me.
"You probably thought I lived under a rock" I laughed.
Taehyung shook his head "not at all. It was refreshing. And you actually spoke to me like a person, not a celebrity."
"Well, I really only said yes to you because of your dog" I teased, ruffling the fur of the small dog sitting next to me.
Taehyung put his hand on his heart, bowing his chest over as if he had been shot. "Well, at least it got you" he smirked.
After a few more embarrassing questions, a prank phone call to one of the boys that left Taehyung in hysterics and another glass of wine later, Taehyung asked his next truth question for me.
"What was your first kiss like?"
My eyes shifted away from him, embarrassed.
"Come on, Y/N. It can't be any more awkward than mine" he laughed.
I sighed "Fine." I refused to make eye contact, but couldn't help but smile at the memory. "It was in my apartment. He was a guy friend that I had only met recently, but I had been falling for him since the day we met. He had brought rice and noodles over for dinner, and he had finally confessed to liking me as well. We ended up falling asleep on the couch, but he had to run off the next morning because he was late for a meeting.." I finally made eye contact with him.
"I was your first kiss?" he asked softly. I nodded. "Now I wish I had made it more magical" he sighed.
"Tae, it was the most perfect kiss, I couldn't have asked for anything more. I.. it's just embarrassing you know.."
"No it's not. It just goes to show how stupid all the guys in Y/County are! I feel very lucky to be your first kiss" he smiled sweetly. "And I'm going to make every kiss from now on even more magical."
I laughed at how cute he was, trying to make me feel better. "Okay Romeo! I'll remember that!"
"Wait" Taehyung suddenly said, slightly cocking his head to the side. "Does that mean.. you haven't.."
Shrugging my shoulders awkwardly, I shook my head. "You probably think there's something wrong me. I feel like there's something wrong with me.."
"Jeez Y/N, I donât understand how you canât see how amazing you are. Youâre kind and caring, passionate and hard working. And god are you gorgeous as hell!â
Never in my life had someone spoke about me the way Taehyung was right now, which I think he noticed, as he pulled me into his chest. "And when you're ready, I'm going to show you just how beautiful you are."
*
A few days had passed since I arrived at Tae's, and I was curled up on the couch, waiting for him to finish having a shower. Bored in what was playing on the tv, I was wasting time scrolling through instagram. Especially since I had began dating a kpop star, I had tried to stay off twitter, and only had close friends and family on other websites. While scrolling through the lives of people I hadn't seen since moving, I accidently opened the search page. Normally I would just click out of it, and was expecting to see a range of posts of dogs, beauty products or clothes.
Not a picture of Taehyung and I at the park.
Of course, my curiosity got the best of me and I clicked, bringing up a post from what seemed to be a Korean media news page.
"BTS' V spotted with mystery girl! The two were seen hanging out at Yeouido Hangang Park in Seoul, walking V's dog Yeontan, and what is assumed to be the girl's dog. There is nothing to confirm the two are dating, however, this is the first time V has been spotted with a girl since 2017"
I felt my stomach twist, and unable to stop my hands from opening up the comments.
NOOOOO đđđ
sheâs too ugly for Taehyung
Aww look how happy he looks! Another dog lover, sheâs perfect for our Tae! I hope itâs true đ
Bitch â ïž
Whatâs her name? đȘ
I fucking hate her!! She stole our Tae!
"Y/N!" I jumped to find Taehyung standing beside the couch, drying his wet hair with a towel. "I called your name about three-" As soon as I made eye contact with him, his face dropped. "Baby what's wrong?"
It was only then I realised that tears had formed in my eyes.
"What is it?" Taehyung pressed again, immediately sitting next to me on the couch. I could still feel the heat coming off his skin from his shower. Unable to say anything, I passed the phone to him, noticing how shaky my hands were. His brows were furrowed in concern, closing his eyes as soon as he saw the photo, a heavy sigh leaving his mouth. He began to read the comments, but closed my phone after reading the first few.
"I'm sorry" I whispered, wiping the tears as they began to fall down my face.
Taehyung moved my hand away, gently wiping another tear from my cheek himself. "Why on earth are you saying sorry?"
"Because" I sniffed "You'll get in trouble from your company. And everything is going to be so much harder for you, from your fans and the media."
"Would you stop worrying about me. I'm so sorry that I brought you into all this" he said sadly. "Are you okay, jagiya?"
I tried lying to myself and saying I was okay, mainly for Taehyung's sake. But I wasn't. I shook my head, more tears coming as Taehyung pulled me in tightly. My tear-stained face pressed against his chest, wondering how I would ever fit into his world.
"Please. Don't listen to those comments."
"How can I not, Tae? Your fans will-"
"These people" he cut me off, holding up my phone "are not my fans. I don't have time for anyone who sends disgusting and hurtful comments like this. The ones who left kind and supportive comments are."
I knew he was trying to cheer me up, but it scared me to think this would be what publicly dating Taehyung was like. I heard Taehyung place the phone on the coffee table.
"I'm sorry for bringing all this into your life, Y/N." Hurt and sadness evident in his voice. "I'd like to see these people say it to my face, I wouldn't let them get away with saying it. They think they own me and control my life." I could see the anger and frustration was building up in him, years of having to deal with this sort of attention.
I pulled away to look at him, holding his hand in my own and causing his features to soften. Taehyung kept his gaze on me, his brown eyes darting between my own. The slightest smile appeared on his lips, even with things feeling as shit as they did now.
"I love you, Y/N."
My whole body tensed, feeling like my heart had stopped. "You- you what?" I stammered.
"Ah. I'm sorry, I probably shouldn't have said that! And now I've freaked you out." His voice was just as shaky as my own, and he began to get embarrassed. "Aish! I know we've only been dating for a few months. And it's definitely too soon to say such things. And probably not the most romantic way to say it. But it's true, Y/N. I- I love you. And I need you to know that." He stared into my eyes, searching for my reaction.
"Tae" I smiled, eyes still red and swollen from crying. "I don't care when you say it, or where. I love you too."
I immediately noticed Taehyung's face relax, as his eyes squinted into a smile before pulling my body onto his own. Taehyung leaned up, pressing his forehead to my own. "I love you. And I'm not going to let anyone hurt you while I'm here."
I wasn't sure whether the reason for my crying now was because of the photo and comments, or because of Taehyung's confession. He placed his warm hand on the side of my face, firmly pressing his lips against my own. I felt my whole body immediately melt into him.
With my hand pressed against his chest, I could feel Taehyung's heart begin to race, confident that mine was doing the same. My breathing hitched as he softly dragged his tongue against my bottom lip, causing my mouth to naturally open and let him in. My breathing increased as if trying to catch up to how fast my heart was beating, Taehyung's low breaths doing the same.
Taehyung placed his free hand above my hips, pulling my body even closer to his, rubbing his hand up and down. I moved my hands from his toned chest to the hem of his shirt, fiddling with the material in an attempt to remove it. Taehyung sighed into my mouth, which is why I was so surprised when he shook his head.
In confusion, I sat up, my lips already feeling swollen yet lost without him attached.
"Not like this." He said, my silence urging him to continue. "It's not that I don't want to, trust me" he laughed. "But I told you I want to make it special, and I don't want to look back at our first time and remember your face when you read those comments."
I sat back on my knees a little flustered, and slightly embarrassed. Taehyung moved a strand of hair away from my face "Patience my love. I promise I'll make it worthwhile" before pulling me back on top of him.
Help me find a fic, I beg you! ;)
I'm searching for a BTS reader insert fic, here or on AO3... it's not completed but it's so good I want to read it again. Please help me ! :)
Reader is a pretty young vampire who was abandoned by her maker, so she doesn't know much. She saves Jungkook's life after he's attacked but she has to turn him.
Then she meets the rest of the group (they are pretty pissed at her at first), Jin is a super old vampire, Yoongi is a demon...
Save my fanfic addict life, I beg you đ
