Here is the main villain from another one of my stories, which doesn't have a name right now.
He has two names, his fake name is Buddy Williams, and his real name is William... (I dont have a last name for him right now).
Storywise?
Well, to most people he is known as Buddy Williams, one of the best doctors in the asylum where most of the story takes place, although he does seem to do some of his practices behind closed doors, so not many people know of his methods exactly, whether they’re legal or not.
In reality, he is actually the most dangerous inmate who “somehow escapes” a lot! (Getting out of the cell is easy, he just has to... continue reading to find out). I don't have a last name for him yet, but his first name is William.
What he does is that he takes some kind of chemical that he has invented, (sort of like Jekyll and Hyde), to dull down his insanity just a bit, without erasing who he is and how evil he is, and it also changes his appearance just enough that no one, without looking too close, would recognize him.
He’s still William as Buddy, so its not like Jekyll turning into Hyde, or vice versa, where he gains a good conscience or anything, its just a disguise.
They are actually the same age, but the staff don't really treat the inmates very well, so William’s skin condition and hair condition, as William, isn't very good.
But staff members get health care and whatnot, so... him as Buddy has a better complexion, and thicker hair. As well voice sounds better.
Body types, as Buddy, he is thicker around the middle, but its mostly muscle... not buff, but round muscle... like a well fed “bureaucrat” who is watching his pounds but not too much... (I’ll draw a full body for him in a bit... even this description is confusing me, but its the closest thing i can get right now...) -_-
He has an issue with abandonment. But specific abandonment. Anyone he likes, he feels that he has to keep them with him forever. And how does he do it?
He fuses them into his own body...
The bust on the right side of the page is his amalgamation form, he is the dominant one, and because its an amalgamation, both of his sides are out at the same time.
I really don't know who the third face belongs to right now.
The idea thing isn’t a promise, his amalgamation form might not end up being based off of a gross version of a Tardigrade. (Normal tardigrades are cute i think, but he pudginess and the multilimbed-ness are also elements that i can see as Buddy’s/William’s amalgamation form).

Buddy Williams/William Sunshine Normal appearance - yes, the head doctor of that series is actually the most insane inmate of the asylum, kinda Jekyll and Hydish, but with both sides being evil.
Buddy Williams/William Sunshine Amalgamation form - this is what happens when he takes too much of the drug that turns him from patient appearance to his doctor appearance, at one time.

Silas - A human he is not, but he does like to act like one! He is a creature in disguise as a human, and he works as a radio show host! Still not someone you want to have watching you...
