My friend is kind of an asshole and thinks that guys and girls can’t be friends. He says the only reason we’re just friends is because I won’t put pity sex on the table (and I won’t, but he’s holding out hope 😂). On the real though he said Brenton’s behavior is “familiar” in the way he speaks and blushes about/around her. He thinks them working closely together could be a factor and if something were going on romantically between them he could probably easily mask it with the shared friendship between Anna and his sister. Likewise, if there was something romantic going on with Anna and his sister it could be masked by his friendship with Anna. I guess it’s plausible, but we’ll probably never know (and it’s not my business 👀 🤷🏻‍♂️

eh I’ve had plenty of guy friends that are just that, friends. some did develop a crush and I didn’t see them that way and now we’re unfortunately not friends. So I could see why your friend can think like that. But at the same time men, if the woman simply does not want you get over it. it’s not the end of the world.
