I at least talked them down to quite a bit under half the price, which is probably cheaper than I'd ever see them.
But it's still so, so pointless, other than for the aesthetic.
Ugh.
There is a pair of glasses frames I have been positively obsessed with, and wanted to get them for a few years now. They're not really available anymore, but I keep an eye (heh) out for them on like eBay.
IF I got them, they'd either be just the frames, or I'd pop the old lenses out, so it is 100% something I would wear JUST for the aesthetic, for STYLE. It would be awhile before I put my prescription in them, if I ever did.
I just got a good offer on a pair though, and I am trying to talk myself out of it, because really, it's such a waste of money.
Buuuuut... I waaaant.
But will it lure me to my death like other musical creatures? Because that might be why
why don’t people appreciate classical music anymore? just because its “at my window at 3AM” is not an excuse.
