hnngggg i had this dream thats stuck in my head but i dont have the time to write bc of this stupid comic strip project that makes me want to snap my neck. but! the story goes with tendou as an old forgotten god who couldnt exist (or not exist) in peace because his name is still being spoken. just not in prayers. his name is used as a form of mockery and because of the lack of belief in him, no matter how much he wants to set the world ablaze, he couldnt. in an effort to ignore the pain in his chest, he retreated for over a hundred years in the comforts of a forest that he enchanted to look cursed. flash forward to the kinda middle ages, you and your brother, ushijima, were born into a happy farmer family. because of some messed up tradition, your luck just landed you into the sacrificial virgin role and you are sent into the forest as a sacrifice for good harvest (because dumb folkmen thought that the god living in there is not the same god they insult on a daily basis). you enter the forest expecting to get eaten by some monster but instead found yourself stuck inside a semi-crumbling house with a god who acts like a toddler because you are the first person to pray for him and he’s incredibly attention starved please help him. (bonus trivia! the story becomes this weird domestic relationship with the two of you and tendou playfully calls you his wife while ushijima ocassionally visits you and teaches tendou how to farm so now you have an incredibly fertile soil and a weird humongous hybrid plant that keeps growing and is slowly becoming your conscious plant child that is destined to save the world. goddamn it tendou)
