I think the Ghosts ending can be summed up as: great & healthy for Mike & Alison & their family but just shit and tragic for the Ghosts. (spoilers under cut)

I’d honestly rather they’d all moved on than whatever the fuck that was.

They’re just back at square one- most of their development since s1 has been undone for some reason? They all resented the idea of the house being used in that way. Sure, they see Alison every so often, but they have to watch her age and one day she’ll just stop coming…

I don’t really know how another ending could’ve been approached, but I think this might’ve been better if there had been a gradual build up to it. There definitely must’ve been other routes to a very Final ending
