8. What were they told to stop/start doing more often as a child ?

She would have been told to stop being scared and start sticking up for herself many times-

When she was a kid, she was kind of a doormat, so people would pick on her easily. But she also had the "I don't wanna be mean" and "I don't wanna hurt anyone" mindset, which made it hard for her to defend herself-
