No tea no shade but I don't vibe at all with the idea that Jean-Paul needs to leave his religion to be happy. The mere proposition that Jean-Paul would have to change religion to have a healthy relationship with God and faith feels - like self projection.
Jean-Paul doesn't have to leave catholicism to be free of the order and to acknowledge that what happened to him was wrong. That's why I love his current mini so much: Jean-Paul is open about how the order was fucked up, but he still embraces his religion and shares his love for God. Sure, I cannot relate to having such faith, but I can relate to taking your own position inside religion rather than just leaving it or changing it. Jean-Paul*IS* supposed to struggle with his catholic guilt and fight his perception of religion (love, kindness, redemption) with what the order did (cruelty, death, war).
I just think Jean-Paul being catholic is key of his character and it's literally his plot so idk, taking that away makes me pretty awkward. That being said, I guess I could vibe with agnostic Jean-Paul? But still, I prefer him as he is in his current solo: Embrace the good things, reject the bad ones. Faith is what we made it and embracing religion is a very personal decision.
Also I need Jean-Paul and Helena Bertinelli to interact more and be given the stories they deserve so that people who have never read comics stop going "Jason Todd catholic and Mexican coded" please and thank you, DC.

This! Priya in particular is SUPER different from Zoey or Sky like she’s way more intense, competitive, socially inept, and prone to anger than either of them ever were. Even at their angriest, it was nothing compared to Priya’s rage 😭, and she has a more distinct backstory & motivation as well (training her whole life for the show)
Really all three of them are different flavors of the “main athletic girl with a season long romance plot” (Hell Skave even subverted expectations and DIDN’T turn out to be the endgame lovey dovey couple) so the “Zoey/Sky clone” claims come across as very shallow IMO.
Caleb is honestly more similar to Zoey and Sky ngl. Even tempered, ideal understanding love interest to high strung Priya like Zoey was to Mike or what Sky initially appeared to be for Dave, but also being a bit naive (Zoey) and not the best communicator (Sky)
Hannibal's Opera Taste
Recently I have been listening and learning more about opera and it has made me curious about what operas Hannibal would like.
First one is Alban Berg's Wozzeck, it has this slightly off sound when you listen to it; it can be more complex considering one of the early statements in it is that it is easy to be moral when you are rich
Another one I think he would like is Rite of Spring by Igor Stravinsky, especially if you consider the riot that happened when it first was performed. This one is a ballet, but my point still stands
Some i feel are more obvious, Dido and Aeneas, Barber of Seville, and Don Giovanni
If i am completely honest there are a lot of operas that could fit the bill, especially if one of the conditions you consider is tragedy
Some of them sound a bit more classic opera, while others are a bit more strange sounding and i feel that fits
Might make more if i think of ones that would really fit
Tbh I think I like Marie so much because she is so many of my favorite tropes in one character

-good or neutral character corrupted by grief and pain
-shamelessly evil, taking pleasure in making others suffer WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY:
-villain who believes they’re in the right
-wolf in sheep’s clothing (with added siren song dynamic)
