—eat away your hunger but never stray from the nest.
roxica was in my thoughts while writing this; cw: being eaten alive; yum. more poetic than graphic though. was also thinking of hannibal when writing this.

Is fear natural in a situation like this? Clawing and eating away at your very being with your only choice being to accept and embrace. You're slowly feeling your insides rotten before being scooped up into a meal for one. You feel your insides empty and yet you're still being kept alive. Alive yet never living for your inability to move is exactly the way you were designed. Never stray away from your creator's message—their words a symphony in your mind. Will you ever escape or will you continue being eaten alive?
—devour me until your very soul becomes full.
roxica; cw: cannibalism, nothing graphic; just the act of consuming the one you love <3. very much hannibal inspired.

It's scary just how hungry someone can get. How someone's taste can go from fruits and vegetables to human liver and hearts. There's something so... intimate about eating someone. To use them up in their entirety so they don't go to waste.
Chica was once human, she hungered for pizza then, maybe fries as well. Now she can't think of a life where she doesn't devour the living. In this cursed body—perhaps a blessing she has yet to understand?—she longed for human flesh. Longed for the blood, the squirming, the screams... She longed for a bloodbath.
It scared her at first, it really did, honest. Soon enough though her body got used to it, accepted it as her new normal. It was manageable, was, but recently she's felt out of control. As if her body wasn't her own but just a husk to consume. Consume and devour until there was nothing left, not bones nor teeth would be discovered. The more she ate the quicker the hunger grew, not for flesh, no.
She longed for a soul.
She sought out Roxy, and was terrified when her stomach felt empty at the sight of her. To consume Roxy was to love her, right? Could love really be this horrifying? Could loving one's soul really have such consequences? Chica didn't know anymore.
"Oh, Roxy. What am I to do?" It was said to the body in front of her. Lifeless and still, waiting to be eaten. It was scary how quiet Roxy was, how no reassuring words came out of her mouth. "I love you Roxy, you know that, yes?"
Of course she knew that, she had to know that, otherwise—
Roxy became a part of Chica that day, and Chica loved more than she ever had before. On that day Chica forgot what hunger felt like—what a freeing feeling.
—forgive us for a sin we shall never commit.
roxica; cw: religious trauma, religion, and the notion that being gay is a sin. chica is the one praying/saying this! projected my religious trauma onto her. i also hope the title comes across as "being gay isn't a sin so therefore they'll never sin" and not "they never get together because they view being gay as a sin." this is also just a bit of dialogue that i ended up really liking.

"Forgive our sins; the sins of the living. Oh Father, may you forgive my love for another woman. For if this love is a sin the devil may drag me down."
