I think if I was in the Men of Letters bunker, Cas would forget I was deaf and wore CIs and be like, “Why can’t she hear me?” Eileen would sign “She’s deaf.” Sam would be like, “Deaf, can’t hear you. She’s not wearing her cochlear implants.” It would devolve into Cas trying to communicate with me and me wearing CIs and flipping them down so I don’t have to hear Dean being a smartass.
