Leandra and Malcolm are slow to adjust to their new life in the countryside of henford-on-Bagley. The amount of work in the fresh air is unfamiliar for both of them. As well as working in the fields, mucking out the barn and the never-ending hunt for slugs and snails, Leandra makes strawberry jam and bakes various cakes for the kind but nosy neighbours as thanks for lending her the plough and pitchforks. And as if that wasn't enough work already, Leandra and Malcolm try to remain as inconspicuous as possible. Just a normal couple from the countryside, eh? 🍓🌼☀️💚
