I already made another post about it but i was too excited to see Spinner again that I didn't notice a crucial detail.

I was looking too much at his eyes instead of his whole face. This is not a sad, worried, scared expression.

This is a sad smile. If you look closer you can notice the thin line of his mouth.

This happens right after Dabi refuses the quirk from AFO, and during Spinner's little internal monologue about how Dabi can't be taken down easily because he is strong and has a clear goal in his mind, unlike himself who has to resort to a quirk from a man he doesn't trust just to support Shigaraki.
