Meet My OC: Cyrus Venzak
Cyrus has. So much lore. And only half of it is mine.
Cyrus is an OC instead of an MC because he exists in the world of the Venzak family, created by @plxnetn1ne . The Venzaks were cursed by their own ancestor Cassandra a long time ago, and now live with poison blood they sell on the black market to maintain their fortune.
But occasionally, a child is born into the Venzak family with a variation of the curse called the Death Touch. Their blood is so potent even a light brush of their hand causes instant, painful, irreversible death. That child is Cyrus.
Cyrus was locked away and manipulated by the head of the family and his grandfather, Oliver, convinced he was too dangerous to leave the house. Until Calliope Venzak, Cyrus's cousin and adoptive older sister, convinced him to let Cyrus attend Hogwarts.

Ancient Magic - Cyrus Venzak
Cassandra (ancestor) was one of the first Ancient Magic users and used it to make the blood curse
All Venzaks have Ancient Magic that manifests mildly in certain abilities (ex. Thalia in flying and Penelope in Beasts)
Cyrus’ manifestation is his death touch
Death touch manifested first in Cassandra’s child and now manifests in a child who can die to break the curse
Once touched, even a light brush, there’s no cure, you’re just fucking doomed
Causes Cyrus’s fingers to be black and scarred
Throughout his life the marks get closer and closer to his heart and he would die once they get there if he hadn't been killed sooner
Has to constantly wear opaque, thick gloves and lives in the Room of Requirement instead of a dorm
He’s pretty much always sickly and tired and it only gets worse as he gets older
The more it’s used the worse the curse gets
