Wilt, summed up, is one of the few Twisted Sprouts scattered around the Gardenview floors that regained their own mind after some time and decided to chill out after realizing that chasing people around is... Kinda tiring-
Now they're just hanging around the floors and not doing anything to attack the player unless Twisted Dandy is around to watch them. I imagine gameplay wise they could spawn in different areas of the map (mostly on the diner levels) and can help the player Toons in various ways
Personality wise, they're pretty chilled out all things considered and you could probably share a morning coffee with them if you wanted to. They're passive and laid back, and if you're particularly cute that say, they may pick you up randomly (they do it lightheartedly, like how you'd pick up a cute puppy before setting it back down)

There's my comfort ships (moonflower) and then there's... These. I don't know what these are. They ascend comfort, I want them to be happy but suffer but also still be together, i need them to be so healthy it wraps around to unhealthiness, i need them to makeout and drink eachother's blood from wounds caused by another, i need them to be so drained of joyful tears that they cannot cry for when the other dies but instead rots patiently until they can be too. (these blorbos <3) (also ik cosmo doesn't look like the design I made for him shhhh shhhhhhh shh)
